Bill of Rights: Introduction
The Bill of Rights were originally intended only to apply to the federal government, but as time passed, partially through the Equal Protection Clause in the 14th Amendment, and partially through the incorporation of the Bill of Rights to the States by the courts, the original intent has changed. Is that constitutional? Is there a danger present in changing the authorities of the Bill of Rights? Listen for the answer.
Join Douglas V. Gibbs of Political Pistachio as he journeys through the United States Constitution. We study the concepts, principles, and direct text of the U.S. Constitution from the original point of view of the Founding Fathers.

In the wake of mass tragedies attributed to guns like Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, CT, the Aurora, CO theater shooting, and the infamous Columbine, gun control has become one of the hot button topics in every home in the US.
In 1997 Bill Jenkins’ son, William Benjamin Jenkins, was murdered at the fast food restaurant where he held his first real job. A shooter with an extensive criminal background, and a gun, took the life of the 16 year old on his second day of work.
Jenkins feels that had the 23 year old shooter not had access to the .380 semi-automatic handgun, he would not have had the wherewithal to commit the robbery and subsequent murder of his son.
Since this tragedy, Bill Jenkins has been a strong voice for gun control, often going up against those who are passionate about gun ownership rights in the US. He’s also a respected author and speaker, and has become widely sought after as a workshop presenter, keynote speaker, and training facilitator for police, victim advocates, funeral home personnel, and victims themselves.
Facts will be shared to find the truth regarding how strict gun laws have an impact on communities. Does allowing concealed carry adjust crime rates. What causes mass shootings, and how can we best prevent them. We'll go over past shooting events. This show is set for 90 minutes this week!

Host Dave Bourne and co host Pete Murtha will discuss the natural right to self defense and to own a firearm. The agenda of billionaires like Bloomberg and others that feel they have the right to limit and control... what you can possess and what you can use to defend yourself. As well as the stockpiling and arming or various federal agencies whose main function is not law enforcement. And how the "anti gun" people seem to be fine with the police and the state arming to the teeth but want to take away guns for people that aren't in the government.
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government mafia that rules only by threat of force without concent. I support consentual voluntary relationships. I don't want someone else to represent me, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.
