Often we look outside of our looking glass and "want what other have". I call this the sandbox syndrome, join me and learn simple steps to loving our life (Inner Hero) and succeed by simply playing life full out in your sand box.
You must love who and where you are today to "go up, up, and away" to your success. As humans the tendacy to want more than what have have right now gets in the way of who we are now and the growth neede to be our own HERO in creating the love of life you deserve!

Eddie Van Halen...Dutch born Eddie van Halen relocated with his brother Alex and family to the U.S. in 1962. The grew up in Pasedena, California and showed an early aptitude for musi (Alex as a drummer and Edward as a guitarist). While still at high school, he formed the band originally known as Mammoth but subsequently re-christened Van Halen with singer David Lee Roth and bassist Mike Anthony. The band became a popular local attraction through a combination of loud and energetic heavy metal and Roth’s very tight trousers! Due to the inability to attract a record deal, they began promoting own gigs; using every possible attention-grabbing trick like parachuting into stadiums to upstage the headlining band.
This film addresses the need to bring awareness of LGBTQ children and youth within Latino American communities. It deals with homophobia from a yet unavailable perspective in our communities: that of a young, Latina girl. Films addressing homophobia often center teenagers or adults as protagonist, but the experiences of LGBTQ children remain invisible. The film provides young girls with artistic options in which to see themselves reflected. By focusing the film on precocious and precious children, we hope it provides a space for us as Latino Americans to teach tolerance and acceptance of LGBTQ children and adults. Ultimately, it is a story of dreams, hopes and friendship.
This film deals with themes of identity, coming out, anti-bullying, activism and friendship. What makes this film very special is that all of the characters are Chicana females. "I am committed to casting all Xicana actors and having as many women in leadership and creative roles behind the scenes." - Karla Legaspy
