00:22Government Agencies are Majority White Men
Government employs more minorities than private industry but most government employees are White men. Government hires more minorities. Why? Because government gives all applicants the same opportunity for employment. Whites fled government jobs after civil rights. For no longer could people be discriminated against in services received based on skin color. Government employment is now dependant on test given to all applicants regardless of race and gender. All applicants must test pass specific guidelinesto get to an interview. Tax dollars require non-discrimination. And more White men hold government jobs. Private industry hires more White men also, but the difference is private industry money is not tax payers money. And when private industry receives tax dollars in bid, private industry has to agree to a % of non-discrimination or private industry does not get the bid. Private industry can hire their friends, family, children, their childrens children. Government cannot hire just because of like. You want to fire all government employees because you think the bulk of government employees are Blacks? Because you think Black people lack skills? You are dead wrong. You need to inform yourself. A large percent of government employees are Black. "NOW HEAR THIS loud and clear". ALL WHO ARE UNINFORMED! MOST GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE WHITE MEN! Stop believing everything you hear without doing some research guys. Do the work before you decide which wagon to jump on. Government reported in 2010 census, a total of 19,599,463 full and part time employees. The state with the largest average of monthly earnings is District of Columbia. Average earnings for March 2012 for all employees in District of Columbia, $5,676,000.00. Reckon this is a combined total of the money your rich, white, free males are getting in tax dollars to mess over the 99%.
