Life is a game and if you’re open to new information you may find refreshing value in Gordon Rose’s pocket guide. The question is, can you control your own ego and find the value in any interaction? With a few of Gordon’s principles to guide you, a little willingness and patience, you may find that you can. He makes it easy for you. In your car, in your bag or at your home, you can carry the knowledge he has gathered and carried his whole life, compressed and simplified for maximum readability. But don’t dismiss this as what you might consider a typical self help book. This is an honest and sincerely humorous guide. The underlying message is filled with both humility and humanity, and one that the author has been inspired to write.
The world around us seems to forget the potential of any given moment and the infinite opportunities. Consider this guide for anyone who is curious to delve into the true potential and climate of any given environment . This guide is a more moral, modern and much needed rewrite/answer to a Machiavellian approach. Not forgetting Emily Post’s famous writings on etiquette, this pocket guide suggests rules that can help move any generation forward at any pace they wish to select. The decision remains to be yours.
We do apologize the the poor audio... the phone connection for this interview was terrible.
Born into a large family, the late Gordon Banta (more info) was raised in West Milford, (Greenwood Lake), New Jersey.
He questioned strange childhood events and later became aware that his visions and gut feelings accurately predicted present and future situations. On several occasions his life was saved by these feelings.
After reading nearly every book on metaphysics and psychic phenomenon, Banta sold his transportation business in 1974, moved to a small town (Deland, Fl) next to a small Spiritualist community "Cassadaga, Florida", and began devoting himself entirely to his spiritual and psychic development. It took him two years to study to become a certified medium and later was ordained a "Spiritualist Minister".
He also studied at the University of Science and Philosophy . Gordon Banta is internationally known, having taught and helped people in all walks of life. He has done outstanding work in drug rehabilitation and prisons. His record for rehabilitating convicts in Florida is unsurpassed.
What does an inspirational speaker, coffee and Madonna have in common?
In this episode of The Change Guru - they all have something to do with listening to your intuition.
Starting off the show, I'm joined by inspirational speaker, coach and BlogTalkRadio host Lorane Gordon to talk about how to really get to the heart of 'soul whispers" - those feelings that call us from deep within.
These gut feelings are especially at the surface during mid-life and our inner wisdom is there for us, if we'll just listen....
Lorane and I will share personal stories on how we trust our own instincts, how to examine whether what you're thinking will hold up under pressure, how to follow your nose when family or friends don't believe in your inner feelings, how to access these feelings if this is unfamiliar and more...
After our chat I give you 3 tips for learning how to trust your gut. I then share a lesson learned from my gut reaction to Madonna's latest thing for leotard evening wear. And to cap things off I invite you to literaly take a coffee break with me - just for a month - which is something my intuition is saying I need to do.
