One of the biggest challenges we all have is self-reflection. The only way we can grow is if we are willing to regularly assess where we are and what we can do better. This applies to life in general and study habits, as well.
This week, I'll share quick tips for evaluating how well you're studying. Studying doesn't happen magically, nor simply because you've opened a book. While opening your text book is a very good start, it is imperative that you think about how you approach, understand, and retain the material for which you are responsible.
Self-reflection can become part of your study routine and I'll help you figure out how.
