"How can we balance our enjoyment of social media with our yearning to connect in our own home, eye to eye with our children, to model this for them so that they don’t practice a way of seeing that doesn’t require them to look up?" This is an excerpt from an article by Lu Hanessian.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions is a proverb or aphorism. An alternative form is "hell is full of good meanings, but heaven is full of good works"
One meaning of the phrase is that individuals may have the intention to undertake good actions but nevertheless fail to take action. This inaction may be due to procrastination, laziness or other subversive vice. As such, the saying is an admonishment that a good intention is meaningless unless followed through.
A different interpretation of the saying is wrongdoings or evil actions are often masked by good intentions, or even that good intentions, when acted upon, may have unforeseen bad consequences.
SIMPLY BECAUSE WE INTEND TO DO SOMETHING; DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL DO SOMETHING

It is easy to put your family on the back burner when you are working a recovery program in sexual addiction. However it is important that you be present for your kids even as the crisis of discovery and disclosure occur. Thomas Gagliano has written a book on how you can stay more focused and build your child's self esteem.
His new book, Don't Put Your Crap In Your Kid's Diaper is a frank and honest parenting manual to assist you in providing the best opportunities for your children by being present, being a role model for what is important and encouraging your child even when you are in crisis!

How you feel about yourself really does matter. If you can reprogram the limiting beliefsthat have been keeping you stuck and stagnated, you can raise your self-esteem exponentially. Only when you are feeling good about yourself can you stand in your authentic power, shine your light, and bring your gifts to the world.
Dr. Bruce Lipton has stated that most of our negative core beliefs are buried in our subconscious mind by age 6. Core Beliefs were formed as a way of self-protection, such as for allaying fear, avoiding anxiety, or for keeping us safe. But they don’t need to last a lifetime. They can be discarded, changed, or reprogrammed with EFT, and even more effectively, with Matrix Reimprinting.
You can change your life by reprogramming old core beliefs about not being good enough. When you do, you’re on your way to increasing your self-confidence, building healthy self-esteem, FEELING worthy of success, and opening the channels so you are able to have the life of your dreams.
During this program we will review how Matrix Reimprinting works, and I will demonstrate it working with a volunteer "client". See the results for yourself! It's never too late to start believing in yourself.
