The road to hell is paved with good intentions is a proverb or aphorism. An alternative form is "hell is full of good meanings, but heaven is full of good works"
One meaning of the phrase is that individuals may have the intention to undertake good actions but nevertheless fail to take action. This inaction may be due to procrastination, laziness or other subversive vice. As such, the saying is an admonishment that a good intention is meaningless unless followed through.
A different interpretation of the saying is wrongdoings or evil actions are often masked by good intentions, or even that good intentions, when acted upon, may have unforeseen bad consequences.
SIMPLY BECAUSE WE INTEND TO DO SOMETHING; DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL DO SOMETHING
The days of little Bobby and Sally growing up in a big house, dual parenting, a dog/cat dinner at 7 with the entire family..IS OVER!. Todays family structure is nothing like the Huxtables & Brady's, single mothers/fathers raising children in seperate households splitting weekends and holidays is the new norm. In the mist of the struggle of making ends meet, we're going to open up the waves to spread tips on how to cope with the new modern family.
Join Bob and Mara to be reminded how valuable you are-ENOUGH
We seem to focus on what we are not, the goals we have not accomplished, rather than the ones we have reached. If you are feeling down, it is OK to sit down and recognize your strengths. You will be amazed how quickly God, your ever present companion will join with you in reciting your strengths if you say I AM before each strength, whatever order you like, as long as you include I AM:
I AM A GOOD FRIEND OR A GOOD FRIEND I AM
I AM A GOOD MOM OR A GOOD MOM I AM
I AM A GOOD DAD OR A GOOD DAD I AM
I AM A HAPPY PERSON OR A HAPPY PERSON I AM
I AM A GOOD WORKER OR A GOOD WORKER I AM [be sepcific]
I AM A GOOD CITIZEN
I AM KIND
I AM ENOUGH TO HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR
I AM ENOUGH
I AM GROWING ....
Amazing how this exercise can remind you of your value and Loving You is vital to You Being All You Can Be.
I thought I was Somebody until SOMEBODY made clear I was NOBODY which HURT until I remembered EVERYONE IS SOMEBODY. You, me--EQUAL & ENOUGH.
Be gentle with Your thoughts of others ( and You).
Be gentle in Your words about others---See more than they are showing.
Be kind-- it be-comes You and encourages others to be-come the persons You see.----Mara 2012

Hello everyone do you treat people according to what you gain from them or what they can do for you? If you live this kind of life you have disobeyed the commandment of God. The commandment thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Leviticus 19:18. We never want to find ourselves disobeying God's commendments, Deuteronomyinforms us what happens to us when the people of God disobey his commendments, Deuteronomy also informs us what happens to us and our families when we obey God's commendments. Let's talk about what the bible says about respectfully treating people, and if or how you line up with the word of God, His Commendment. God bless. Be Blessed and Be A Blessing. Welcome to A Theory of Parenting on Blogtalkradio.com
My name is Tammi Joyner
I am your Host for the Show
Today we are doing a Photo Shoot
What is unique about the Shoot is that we are shooting pieces of jewelry in Manhattan NY
Yes, we are planning another book - A theory of Jewel 3
So, I decided to take snapshots of our jewel around the city of NYC
After Marquels graduation I thought it would be great to photo the jewelry wore to graduation
Those will be featured in our new book - the book will be available at blurb.com
A photo shoot is generally used in the fashion or glamour industry, whereby a model poses for a photographer at a studio where multiple photos are taken to find the best ones for the required brief. The "model" is not always a person, however; for instance, advertising in print often requires photographic depiction of advertised goods, and food can be the subject of magazine articles (often in very elaborate presentations).
