    Emma is the owner of Goji Fitness LLC, a company which offers health, wellness and fitness services to help people transform their lives, from weight loss, stress management, turning around Diabetes T2, increasing energy or making a diffidult life transition. She also is the co-creator of Zenberry, a vegan, raw, non-GMO, organic and/or wildcrafted nutrition mix.


    Our special guest will be Lou Blaser, creator of second Act. She has a  single mission: to inspire confidence in people so that they can go after their second act dreams. Her vision for Second

Chelsea specializes in customized fitness integration programs with older adults, those suffering from chronic diseases, and anyone recovering through previous injuries.

She was diagnosed and learned to control an auto-immune thyroid disease by changing her life, and recently she made a risky move to become a full-time entrepreneur. She holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
