What's Up Diamonds,
Welcome to another episode of the Lina Jones DiamondNetwork Show there is 2 more episodes before my winter break! I have a lot of work to do not just for the holiday's but also for the show. You may have noticed its been a little crazy in the studio for the past few weeks I have been having all types of mishaps, there is a saying that when things in your life get kinda crazy and nothing seems to go right that means you're going places and getting ready to be Blessed. In that scenario circumstances and people will always try to beat you down but that's ok because I don't give up that easily, and as long as you are willing to listen I am willing to talk and promote your businesses for free on this show. God Bless you and Thank you for your continuity.
I love talking with social influencers even though it's can be difficult at times to get them on my show sometimes for a lot of them I'm not big enough so my request is usually ignored :-) but I still try. Monday's guest is a Social Influencer, Motivator and an Author Bill Tschida who will be calling in from beautiful New Mexico. I met Bill thru Twitter that is where I meet 80% of the guest that come on this show the #DiamondNetwork is awesome! With the new year coming in and so much happening in the world today it is hard to stay motivated I know this first hand, and at times we all need help to keep going and believing sometimes we need to hear it from others not just ourselves. Well Bill is going to help us out with that and we will talk about his new book and find out what motivated him to write it. So come join us phone lines will be open for questions and comments Monday 6pm EST.

Does “expectations” direct the implementation of justice? Definitions offered for “expectation” include: a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future; to do or be someone or something in another ones point of view; a belief about what might happen in the future; and something that is supposed to happen. The word expectation comes from Latin with a translation of "an awaiting." Motivators inspire great expectations, having you think that something good will come your way."Fear" can cause a responsible individual to teach a dependent child to “never expect, never assume, never ask, never demand. Just let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will happen." Always advising the child to keep expectations low so the risk of disappointed is low.
In the United States of America, I have interacted with Black American groups who allocate " fear” as a means of survival in this country and teach “submissiveness”, "passivity", "apathy" and "blindness" to social injustices. Such advisors tell young Black men to be careful in “white” neighborhoods with much attention paid to what is appropriate dress, hair style and demeanor. Such precautions certainly saved the lives of some young Black people in the 1950s, 1960s and into the 1970s, however, since the 1990s, young Black people resist the “meekness” teachings and this rebellion has done at least two things: 1. Caused breakdown in communications and trust between prominent Black community leaders such as ministers, athletic coaches and some parents; and 2. Enraged some factions of white America who are willing to administer extreme force to “put the Black American back in his place”.
