Total cholesterol: Lower than 170 mg/dL
LDL cholesterol: Lower than 110 mg/dL “Bad” cholesterol
HDL cholesterol: Higher than 40 mg/dL “Good” cholesterol
Triglycerides: Lower than 130 mg/dL
