The Moment of Astrology takes a thorough look at astrology through examining the arguments against, and attacks on astrology by various people and groups over hundreds of years. These relate particularly to the arguments of St Augustine from more than fifteen hundred years ago, Pico della Mirandola from more than five hundred years ago, and more recently of 186 scientists in 1975.

In business and in life, we must understand the reality that most people put their own needs and desires ahead of others. As we advance in our careers, it’s important that we let go of the notion that our worth is determined by how much money we make or our job security at that present time. What we must instead focus on is the value we bring as individuals at every stage of our lives. When we begin to view ourselves as a business that provides solutions and services to others, we become one step closer to fulfilling our dreams and never letting great opportunities pass us by.
Our guest this week is Geoffrey James, award-winning blogger, contributing editor for Inc and author of “Business Without the Bullsh*t: 49 Secrets and Shortcuts that You Need to Know." In his latest release, Geoffrey educates readers on the true simplicity of business and the idea of a so-called “complexification industry” that tries to make leadership more complicated than it actually is. Geoffrey says good business boils down to the relationships you have with a small number of people and determining how you can help motivate them to be more successful. When leaders are able to view the world with a clear, realistic lens, it becomes easier to create value and sell their ideas.
Despite the many technological advances that alter society today, the basics of selling really haven’t changed. Selling has always been about guiding others with the tools and knowledge to find a solution rather than peddling a product to them.Recognizing our own strengths and the value we can provide to others will help make other people’s dreams come true. When we feel empowered by our own strengths, we are better equipped to help others to recognize the value they bring to their own careers and lives.

When I picked-up Geoffrey Tumlin's book Stop Talking - Start Communicating, I was immediately reminded of the Seinfeld episode in which George Costanza found his long elusive success and happiness by doing the opposite of everything his instincts told him to do.
The reason for drawing a parallel between Constanza and the Tumlin book is that the book seems to be suggesting that we do the same thing making recommendations that we "play dumb", "be boring", "blow things off" and "don't be yourself".
In short, doing the exact opposite of everything we have ever heard or have been taught.
Joining me today to talk about this paradoxical universe of new found opportunity and success in Geoffrey Tumlin.

Pastor Martin Richling of The Scriptures Alone Bible School will RENOUNCE THE FOOL Geoffrey Lacefield of Cloverleaf Baptist Church in Louisville Kentucky. After personally meeting with this FOOL face to face, Pastor Richling will examine what this FOOL told him to do to be saved.
Pastor Richling's mother in law attends this church of the blind. He has tried to help her (as well as her daughter has tried) to see truth more than once, in time past, and perhaps this will AWAKE HER out of her spiritual blindness.
But most likely, she will just plunge further into darkness...

Offer thy only son. God made a dear and precious promise to Abraham and Sarah, a promise to bless them with a son who would not only change their lives, but the lives of the whole world. So you can imagine the hurt and confusion Abraham must have experienced whern God told him to give up that son on the altar? In this bible study program, we look at the type of faith it takes to follow a God who asks you to do something that could cost you everything, and more importantly, the reason why He would ask you to do that.
With your radio host and bible teacher, Geoffrey Grider of Now The End Begins.
"And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of." Genesis 22:2
