The creation of a covenant in Genesis and its relationship to Jesus Christ.

    in The Bible

The panel includes host Derek Lambert & guest Michael Miano (pastor of Blue Point Bible church) discussing his journey into the unknown as he takes us into his life. We talk about mysteries of the Bible as it pertains to prophecy and what led us into these conclusions. Was Genesis the account of a physical creation of the universe and everything in it? Does the bible answer this question? What about the flood and the tower of Babel, how do we discern the meaning of these texts? Is science right about the Genesis acount being wrong?

The host Derek Lambert will be discussing an interesting topic about the Heavens and Earth. How does 2 Peter 3:6-7 relate to this topic, because there was a debate between Jerel Kratt and Sam Frost years ago on this very issue. Is Covenant Creation a valid view that can stand the test of scrutiny within scripture? Join Derek live as he seeks out an answer to explain Covenant Creation as he understands it.

    The Creation (Genesis 1:1-8)

    in Christianity

    TEXTS

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.

Then God said, “Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.” God made the expanse, and separated the waters which were below the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so. God called the expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.

    THEMES

God the Creator is the power of God revealed in the initial creation and the continuing sustenance of the universe. Humanity represents the climax of the Creator’s purposes. God is the Creator. God’s creative activity demonstrates his uniqueness. God’s creative activity implies that he is good.

He creates the physical world. He creates the spiritual world. The human race is the apex of God’s creation. He creates through Jesus Christ. He creates by the Spirit. He creates by his word. He creates by wisdom.

    DICTIONARIES

Creation in the beginning God created, called into being, all things out of nothing. This creative act on the part of God was absolutely free and for infinitely wise reasons. The cause of all things exists only in the will of God. The work of creation is attributed to the Godhead; to the Father; to the Son; to the Holy Spirit. The fact that he is the Creator distinguishes Jehovah as the true God.

The one great end in the work of creation is the manifestation of the glory of the Creator. God's works, equally with God's word...

    The Creation (Genesis 1:1-31)

    in Christianity

Then God said, “Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good.

Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them”; and it was so. The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a third day.

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so. God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also. God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to give...

Creation Energies channeled by Brenda Hoffman

    in Spirituality

Summary of the November 29, 2014 Creation Energies show - Brenda's free, 15-minute channel at www.BlogTalkRadio.com/brenda-hoffman: If you surprised yourself by being a bit testy recently, such is so because your new segments are emphasizing that they didn't join your totality to live in fear, care taking or victim roles. Only those who have exited their cocoon are allowed to fully dimension hop, frequency shift and time travel.

Are You Feeling Blah? is the title of this week's Brenda's Blog - her free, weekly, channel for www.LifeTapestryCreations.com.

Overview of the December 5, 2014 Creation Energies show: It's likely your dreams are returning or new dreams have arrived. Those of you who exited your cocoon shifted your physical being the past few days so creation/manifestation is a common element of your new being. In the past, you thought you designed creation software for your being but discovered that software wasn't sufficient to create as easily as you wished. So you, as a group, designed new creation software more capatible with your new physical being. Such is the reason for your physical discomfort the past few days. You shifted your physical being as well as introduced new software. You may wish to test that software immediately but it's likely that your physicality will require a few more adjustment days before you're fully able to do so.

Brenda's Blog and her Creation Energies show contain different channeled information.
