As a teen, writing in her journal allowed her to escape the negativity of her world. Around that time she also began writing her first Christian fiction novel. She finds joy in creating unique and awe-inspiring story-lines for the characters in her stories. Ingenuity and imagination is a mainstay and compass in her work.

    Being the wearer of many proverbial ‘hats’, Charmaine is a published author under Racquel Williams Presents (RWP) Publishing Company. Also she is the founder of her own publishing company, Charming Gal Publications. She is the CEO and jewelry designer at Charming Gal Boutique (www.charmainggalboutique.com), her online jewelry boutique and the owner of Amazing Grace Educational Childcare LLC (www.amazinggracechildcare.com). However, the most important ‘hat’ she wears is that of Mom to her two children.     Dr. Robin Di'Angelo Talks Race Relations and Author Letisha Galloway Joins RLRF

    Dr. Robin DiAngelo is a former Associate Professor of Education. Her scholarship is in White Racial Identity and Race Relations. In addition to her academic work, Dr. DiAngelo has extensive experience as a workplace consultant in issues of race relations and racial justice. She helped design the City of Seattle’s Race & Social Justice Initiative training. She currently serves as Director of Equity at Senior Services, Seattle. She has numerous publications and just released her second book, “What Does it Mean to be White?: Developing White Racial Literacy.  Her work on White Fragility has been featured in Alternet, Salon.com, NPR, and Colorlines.

    Letisha Galloway is from Woodstown, New Jersey and currently resides in Delaware. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University. Ms. Galloway is presently a Senior Social Worker/Case Manager in Delaware.

    Letisha is a poet, author, and speaker. Letisha is regularly involved in bringing awareness to domestic violence. Surviving domestic violence herself, she is a strong advocate for change and protection for those who feel they have no voice. Letisha is active in child abuse prevention activities.

     Letisha is the mother of one, a son she named Jordan who is resting peacefully in the arms of God
