As part of the personal growth series, Soul Revolution Radio is doing a monthly meditation.
This month, the focus is on the Solar Plexus Chakra.
The solar plexus chakra is the center of our personal strength, willpower, self-esteem, boundary setting, warrior energy and transformation.
The corresponding element is fire and the color, yellow.
It is located just above the navel and below the sternum. Heartburn can be the result of an overactive solar plexus chakra and its fire.
Fire purifies the past and energizes progress toward the future.
A balanced solar plexus chakra manifests healthy self-esteem, respect for others, feeling of confidence and joy, as well as daring and charisma.
A solar plexus out of balance manifests confusion, low-self esteem, over exaggerated ego and depression.
Physical issues related to an imbalance in this area are problems with digestion and liver problems.
Utilize this meditation to balance the solar plexus chakra and let the fire energy burn away and purify your 'I am' energy.

The nickname "Freeway" came from Ross' ownership of several properties along the Los Angeles-area Harbor Freeway as well as the existence of a freeway near his childhood home. Shane's bio-I am from Cleveland, Ohio in a city 30 minutes east called Mentor. I lived there my entire youth, with one sister (Nicole) and my parents (Frank, Terri). I attended Mentor High School, playing football as a wide receiver, and prepping for college. I played football one year in college before hurting my back, and transferring to Ohio State University where I graduated with a degree in Consumer Affairs. I worked as a mortgage broker for a year, before deciding to move to Los Angeles, and pursue a career as a professional actor. I have lived in LA for almost seven years, working on multiple films, plays, and series. I co-founded a production company called Go Diesel Productions with Tim Aslin in 2008, and we currently produce the hit series "Devil's Couriers". Devil's Couriers is our second web series that we have produced under Go Diesel Productions. Currently we are getting ready to launch new content in the series, after signing with Collective Digital Studios after Season One.
