Today’s episode will focus on the Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur. What I hope you will find is that Yom Kippur is a day that is used to wipe the slate clean of your past shortcomings.
It can be a day to reflect on your past, repent of failings, and be symbolic of a renewing as referenced in 1Jn 1:9 -10 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
In this episode and the episodes ahead, I hope you will also find that the culture that God introduced to his people in the scriptures was give with wisdom and love and the spirit of the guidance has just has much application and usefulness today as it did in Horeb. Most of the verses sighted will come from the days of Horeb and Moab, however there will always be a segment that provides guidance as to how the guidance should be interpreted considering the sacrifice the Lord made on the cross.
A modern definition of culture can be defined as an integrated system of learned behavior which are characteristic of the members of a society and which did not come about through biological inheritance.
To me, this definition does a good job of explaining what God has done. Talmidim should embrace the biblical cultural system that God gave to man. Because when it is properly applied, the spirit within the system promotes peace. This is the same culture that Yeshua will use as the foundation of his government during the thousand year reign.
As in the past, we are going to continue to use the show’s namesake to break down the word of God. This week’s verse is Lev 23:32.
I hope that after another application of the method, you will be well on your way to allowing the word of God to not just enter your mind, but permeate throughout your heart, spirit, and soul.
This radio show is all about how we can feel "trapped" by outer circumstances and our own emotions – especially after suffering narcissistic abuse.
During this show I am sharing my life story, and how I escaped crippling emotions and severe "stuckedness" in order to expand into life as "freedom".
I address in this show what being "trapped" really is, and how we can be truly free to expand into becoming life-force itself, and then living the life we truly wish to live

Defender of The Truth with Pastor Ryan D McLaughlin
There are three stages of bondage in the believer that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend attacking stage one first, then stage two, and then if there are still bondages left, proceed to stage three. Even if you need deliverance from level three bondages, attacking the first two stages will prepare you for a successful and lasting deliverance from stage three bondages. If you try to attack stage three without getting stage one and two dealt with, you could be in for an unsuccessful and disappointing deliverance session that takes you nowhere. The enemy can often use stage one and two bondages to fuel his ability to hang a stage three bondage over you. Stage one gets your facts and beliefs strait, stage two cuts off any legal rights the enemy has on you, and stage three is the work of casting him out
Feeling down or depressed from time to time happens to most people. Usually such feelings pass, and a person can improve his or her mood naturally. However, some people cannot break out of a depressed state over an extended period of time. In those cases, a person is considered to have clinical depression. However, there is much research that shows that depression is neurological, not psychological. Certain brain patterns are frequently linked to depression.
The Leaders from Operation American Freedom will appear as guests.
Americans from across this nation have gathered to form Operation American Freedom. We have come together due to the continual and outright disregard for the Constitution of the United States by the President and his administration. We have unified for one cause, setting aside our differences to take a stand, to demand that this administration either remove itself, or be removed.
While we live in the chaos that has become every day life in this country, we are reminded daily of this administration’s shortcomings. We have an administration who has ignored the threat of having our borders so easily purged. They have turned a blind eye to the threat of attacks by terrorists, here on our soil. They have turned a deaf ear to the threat of an impending Ebola pandemic. Their refusal to implement a ban on travel from a World Health Organization declared Hot Zone from the onset of its inception more than substantiates our concern of their deficiency of governance. This is undeniable proof that this administration has had a total disregard for the safety and well-being of American citizens. These issues are among over 1,000 Constitutional Violations that highlight the need to restore this country to a Constitutional Republic, where governing officials answer to the people. This in all aspects is our first priority, far above all else.
We, as American citizens, can no longer remain silent. We are watching our country being destroyed by a so-called leader and his administration, all of whom have lost all touch with the will of the people. Operation American Freedom, as a group of united, concerned Americans will travel to Washington, D.C. to publicly address the President and his administration.
Speakers: Patrick J. McGrath M.D., Co-Director of the Depression Evaluation Service at the New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia University Medical Center and Maria Oquendo M.D. Vice Chair for Education & Training and Director of Psychiatric Residency Program at the New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia University Medical Center
Description: Dr. Patrick J. McGrath and Dr. Maria Oquendo will discuss what we have learned so far in efforts to tailor treatment for depression to the needs of individual patients, and a current research project aiming to enhance this in the future. They will address how the efficacy of current treatments is limited by doctors’ inability to predict in advance which person will respond to which treatment and the necessity of relying on “trial-and-error” in selecting treatments for mood disorders. They will discuss a new study funded by the National Institute of Mental Health using cutting-edge brain imaging and other biologic testing to enable selecting the best treatment for an individual at the outset of treatment.
