Tonight on The Voice of The People.. we will discuss events, issues hitting you close at home, sucha s crime, black on black crime, police brutality and the latest with the issued that caused Americans to question thier faith.. New Yoir Times stated:
Federal Hate Crime Charges Likely in South Carolina Church Shooting
WASHINGTON — The Justice Department will likely file federal hate crime charges against the man suspected of carrying out a massacre at a storied black church in South Carolina, federal law enforcement officials said Wednesday.
Dylann Roof, 21, already faces nine counts of murder and could receive the death penalty in state court. But there is widespread agreement among officials at the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation that the shooting at Emanuel A.M.E. Church in Charleston was so horrific and racially motivated that the federal government was obligated to address it, law enforcement officials said.
F.B.I. analysts have also concluded “with a high degree of certainty” that Mr. Roof posted a racist manifesto online, which could be a key to any federal charges, a law enforcement official said. The website was registered in February under Mr. Roof’s name, but the name was made anonymous the following day.
In cases involving violations of both state and federal law, the Justice Department often refrains from bringing federal charges, particularly when suspects face long state prison sentences. But South Carolina does not have a hate crimes law, and federal investigators believe that a murder case alone would leave the racial component of the shooting unaddressed.

in business you have to know your numbers. And who's better at numbers than the US Census Bureau?
Still you ask - what does this have to do with your business?
Well, first understand that you're not alone. Lots of other people have their own businesses too. All shapes and sizes. Loads and loads of them.
If you look at the data that the Census provides - and I don't care if you're in the U.S., or not, this info applies - you'll see some startling info:
There are 22,491,080 Solopreneurs in the US.
They average 70 hours a week working.
So what do they get from all that effort?
They average $45,687.79 in annual revenue…
90% make less than $100,000 per year.
Stunned? Shocked? Crying out loud? It's ok, I can totally relate.
Businesses that have between 1 and 20 employees (there are 5,217,507 of them in the US) average 180 hours of work done per week.
Yes, that's right - not much more than double the hours the Solopreneur puts in.
And the kicker?
These businesses average $457,205.35 in annual revenue.
Because business today requires more than one person - and more than that, the MORE people you can tap into, the better off you are.
The companies that have over 20 employees (2,179,121 of them) average a whopping over $13 million annually.
So the more people you can tap into on a cost effective basis, the better off your business is going to be.
People who should listen to the show are entrepreneurs, career coaches,
Does your success come from slowing down and enjoying life, challenging yourself or paying attention to others? Our guest will answer all of the above. Will you? And do you live that way?

Believe it or not, he stumbled upon writing completely by accident after moving to New York City for the very first time. While in the Big Apple, Nihar noticed that there were thousands of people missing out on the greatness of everyday life, due to the very fast paced lifestyles they lived.
As a result of his observations, he had a big idea to inspire people around the globe by writing a book (which was strange, because he always hated reading books. Why would he ever write one?). With the support of his family and friends though, Nihar ended up debuting his first international book, Win No Matter What, with Balboa Press in June 2013.

We have heard many women say I don’t have a man because………., and the common denominator in that laundry list of ALONENESS is the issue of many men having one or more felonies, and signignificant time spent in the penitentiary. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics the correctional men population in the U.S 1,352 per 100,000 and from 1980 to 2008, the number of people incarcerated in America quadruped from about 500,000 to 2.3 million people. One in six black men had been incarcerated as of 2001; if this current trend continues, one in three black males born today can expect to spend time in prison during his lifetime. Meanwhile, one in one hundred African American women are in prison.
Some women say it is beneath their standard. Some say having a felony shouldn’t matter, yet others say it depends on the type of felony. Other debatable issues include the idea, everyone who goes to jail are not always guilty, and if they are what about his character and his repentance? What about our ability to forgive to be forgiven?
Women who are open to the idea of dating men with a felony and women who marry incarcerated men are labeled as desperate, with self-esteem issues, is this true? She must believe she can “fix” the man, or she will have no competition from other women because of his circumstances. In contrast, there’re women who are genuinely accepting and believe in second chances and that true love overpowers all.
The list continues……., so come get on the couch with 3 Counselors and a Couch on TALK BACK TUESDAYS for more. Call in/logon, bring a friend, tell your friends, and men and women you just know will benefit from sharing our thoughts, feeling and experiences. Remember, together we can do more than being a part.
