8-27-15 SPECIAL INTERVIEW: Howard Lax on Marketing Service Agreements (MSA's)

    in Finance

Due to technology issues beyond our control, we were unable to play the interview with HOWARD LAX on Monday's podcast which was on the topic of Marketing Service Agreements (MSA's).  Now that BlogTalkRadio has been able to fix the issues, we are able to share with you this interview.  Again, my apologies and hope you will find this interview of value.  David Lykken, Host of Lykken On Lending!

It seems that Marketing Service Agreements (MSA's) have drawn the ire of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), but why?  What has been the evolution of Marketing Service Agreements (MSA's) and why now have they become so 'toxic' to the point that a number of major financial institutions have announced that they are terminating all MSA's?  Is there any MSA structure that the CFPB would find acceptable?  If so, do the risks involved out weigh the advantages?  ON this podcast we have as our special guest, HOWARD LAX of the Bodman law firm.  Howard will answer these questions and will explain why so many are exciting MSA's.  Don't miss this important discussion and interview with HOWARD LAX.

A Just Cause - Executive Clemency

    in US Government

Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart, Lisa Stewart and Lamont Banks of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.

Although the American system of justice is the most-respected worldwide, it is still a system designed, and operated, by humans, which means it's not perfect. Sam, Cliff, Lisa and Lamont will highlight ongoing struggles against "the system" to free wrongfully imprisoned people, and what happens when justice miscarries against an actually innocent person.

A Just Cause is currently campaigning for "FreeTheIRP6," who's been wrongly imprisoned in Florence, CO for a crime they didn't commit. Read full story: www.freetheirp6.org.

Back from our month long hiatus and better then EVER, the Incubi Incarnate Broadcast Network is proud to present you The Freak Show LIVE with your wonderful hosts Holly Mullins and Ryan C Jones and their very special guest, the lovely Angel May of the Exchange Hotel in Gordonsville, VA!

Angel May is an administrator at The Exchange Hotel in Gordonsville, Virginia..... Before the Civil War, the Exchange Hotel with its high ceiling parlors and grand veranda welcomed passengers from the two rail lines: the Virginia Central Railroad and the Alexandria Railroad. Soon war began. Troops, supplies, and wounded were transported on these railroads to Gordonsville. The Exchange Hotel became the Gordonsville Receiving Hospital which provided care for 70,000 soldiers, both Confederate and Union. In the reconstruction period, this hospital served the newly freed slaves as a Freedman's Bureau. As the United States healed and the railroads boomed, this graceful building returned to its role of hotel. Now fully restored, the hotel is a museum dedicated to the Civil War era.
