Libertarians Unleashed V5N28
<<Special Time 10:00PM Sunday Special Time>>
Libertarians often seem like the odd guy out when it comes to our principles on foreign policy. Simply our concepts are completely "foreign" to our fellow citizens.
We will have several callers on this show to debate the topic. It certainly should be fun!
Join us at 10pm Sunday! NOTE: 10PM to allow my expected callers to phone in.
The American Remix will discuss the failed foreign policy that the Obama administration tried to implement in Egypt for the last 14 months.
1. President Obama's Role
2. Hillary Clinton's Role
3. Why did we fail?
4. Why is President Obama still standing behind Morsi?
5. Will the new military led government survive?
Thousands of American men can be found online railing against feminism and the modern American woman. Their chief complaints: (1) Western women have no concept of how to treat a man; (2) feminism has destroyed men and the family; and (3) Western women don't know what it takes to be a "real" wife. Their suggested solution is that men look for a wife in Asia, Russia, Africa or South America.
Who are these men? Are they social misfits that can't handle a woman that demands consideration and a balance of power in the relationship? Are they broke so women consider them poor husband material? Or could it be that these are professional, wealthy, educated men that want a wife that won't challenge them in any way and just augment their existence?
Most of the foreign bride websites and catalogs emphasize how these women have strong family values, and know how to make a man "feel like a king." It appears that a great many men long for that kind of acknowledgement and a return to "the old days" when men were revered and served by women.
A recent Today Show poll asked about "femininity" and whether it was tied to traits like being soft, receptive to men's ideas and lead, and submissive." The majority of the Today Show audience said yes - 56%. About 25% felt the answer was somewhere in the middle, and only 19% disagreed.
Does this mean Western women are not viewed as "feminine" by the majority of men? Could this be why our marriage rate is declining?
Join us to discuss the pros and cons of the foreign bride market and what it means for American women. Call 347-327-9215 to share your thoughts!

Do you have a product or service that you're presently selling to a government entity here in the U.S.? Selling to government buyers is considered by some to be a unique skill, if not an art form! Once your company is able to make a connection in this market however, it can be the source of large and consistent orders, with limited to no risk of non-payment. Despite this appealing side of the government market, the typical small business owner/manager thinks that getting their product or service to be considered by government buyers in other countries is an impossible challenge. That said, a surprising number of small and mid-sized companies here in the U.S. have done precisely that, with unbelievable results.
This week on Export Success, I’ll be speaking to Gregory Maguire, Senior Director, Legal and Government Affairs for Revision Military, based in Essex Jct., Vermont. Revision sells ballistic protective eye gear and helmets to various units of the U.S. military, and to military and security establishments around the world. Greg will talk about how Revision has promoted its products to prospective foreign government buyers, and what special factors exporters have to take into account as they start planning to enter the foreign government buyer space.
So join me on Monday, October 28, 2013 @ 3:30 pm EST to see how your company can tap into this important and growing exporting opportunity.
Please read for yourself. The Permanent Foreign Labor Certification program lawfully brings in foreign workers. Jobs offered to foreign workers should be jobs made available to American currently seeking jobs, and to American currently employed who could experience an increase in pay and or promotions by being hired to do these jobs. Government officials making these jobs available may see these jobs as low wage jobs Americans can't or won't do. Nothing is farther from truth. Read for yours self.
Overview: 2009 annual report
"The OFLC administers the PERM program, where employers whit a current need may obtain certification for a permanent position that they have been unable to successfully fill with a domestic worker. With the exception of certain occupational sectors, employers must obtain an approved and valid labor certification from Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) before they can submit a permanent resident immigration petition to Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As part of the labor certification application process, employers must perform a labor market test to determine whether qualified U.S. workers are able, willing, and available in the area where the job will be performed. Employers also must demonstrate that employment of the foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of U.S. workers similarly employed, and they must pay the foreign worker at least the prevailing wage for the occupation. These and other program-related conditions must be met prior to the OFLC granting a permanent labor certification".
