The IRS "Internal Reckless Service"
When the Internal Revenue Service sends a "non-profit" or charitable group their letter stating they are a non profit - or charitable, in the eyes of the American citizen, it makes the group appear acceptable and in good standing. Because of this, more people donate to the group and the group in some cases can receive funding through the government.
What happens when the IRS adds its own agenda by approving applications who are of one political persuasion but not the other? Such is the case with the teaparty. There are hundreds of educational 501c3's especially in education that are Communistic in nature. Transformative Studies institute, Social Justice Education, Sustainable Studies to name a few.
Sarah Hall Ingram, who has the title of commissioner,with oversight over tax-exempt groups, moved to the agency’s Affordable Care Act office full time by the end of 2010, six months after the tax agency began selectively scrutinizing conservative groups. According to an inspector general report, a group within the IRS’s Cincinnati office began the practice of scrutinizing tea party applications for 501(c)4 tax-exempt status in July 2010, during Ingram’s tenure over the tax-exempt and government-entities division.
So what gives? Is this the Internal Revenue Service or the Internal Reckless Service?

The Future of the Second Amendment
What dos the future hold for the seconfd amendment. With its incorporation against the states post-McDonald, the Second Amendment now leaves the netherworld it inhabited previously, and enters the realm of what might be considered “normal constitutional law.” We now have a constitutional right recognized in no uncertain terms by the Supreme Court, and incorporated against the states. Litigants may now invoke that right without having to overcome questions of whether the right exists, whether it can be invoked by individuals, or whether it applies only against the states. For this reason, the Second Amendment, long treated like an embarrassing stepchild, joins other provisions of the Bill of Rights, not as some odd exception, but as normal constitutional law.McDonald v. The Constitution and Obamacare
In March 2010, the majority Democrat congress passed Obamacare under a questionable procedure called cloture.
While we still don't know what is in the bill (even in the year 2103), we can arguably say that the bill is unconstitutional because it: Exceeds the Scope of the Commerce Clause; Threatens the Notion of Limited Government with the individual mandate; Neither Necessary nor Proper (violates this clause);Infringes Upon the Reserved Powers of the States and the People (10nth amendment) and other reasons. Constitutionalist and Chaplain Nick Purpura (who wrote the briefs and argued the case) to weigh in.
