The execution style killing of Michael Brown, an unarmed 18 year old walking in the middle of the street in Ferguson, Missouri, has stirred the moral fibers of an American society reeked in ethnic tension, racial discrimination and police misconduct.
On today’s show we’ll examine what happened in Ferguson and explore what’s wrong in America when Black men outnumber all over ethnic groups in violence and wrongful death in this country.
WHAT’S ALS THE FUSS ABOUT? THE ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE SCAM
Its ALL in the words!! ALS (the new exciting and memorable name for Lou Gehrig's Disease) stands for
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis…WOW, that sounds serious. But what does it mean? If we know what things mean the fear begins to diminish.
* Amyotrophic = NO MUSCLE NOURISHMENT, Lateral = MEANS ITS POSITION (OUTSIDE, AWAY FROM MIDDLE), Sclerosis = SCARRING &/OR HARDENING.
In actual fact it is the motor neurons that begin to degenerate, they can no longer send impulses to the muscle fibers that normally result in muscle movement. Early symptoms of ALS often include increasing muscle weakness, especially involving the arms and legs, speech, swallowing or breathing. When muscles no longer receive the messages from the motor neurons that they require to function, the muscles begin to atrophy (become smaller). Limbs begin to look "thinner" as muscle tissue atrophies.
This is obviously very distressing for the one suffering and their loved ones but the question should not be do I or don’t I pour a bucket of ice cold water over my head and donate some money to BIG PHARMA, but it should be why are my neurons hardening, becoming starved to death and hardening (calcifying)?
Here are some other questions that should be asked”
“how much of every $ donated goes to the alleged research”?
“do you test on animals (pc code for absolute cruelty)?
“Will this alleged research (my god they’re for ever researching aren’t they) develop a cure or a treatment?
“is it possible heavy metals such as mercury & aluminum could actually be a major cause of this condition”?
“What about lack of saturated fats”?
…and on we can go..and will.
EP20 -Interview with Warren Bird, the New Zealand developer of the HECS patented apparel, find out how HECS came to be developed by a Kiwi.
Will HECS work for you? I was not convinced, but after talking to Warren I am going to give it a try!
HECS patented technology works by blocking the human electric signal.
HECS is based on 3 simple scientific principles.
1: All living creatures emit a measurable electrical energy signal.
2: Many animals can detect electrical energy.
3: A conductive screen known as a Faraday cage can block electrical energy.
HECS Stealthscreen is made of conductive carbon fibers uniquely woven to block the human electric signal.
HECS allows hunters, photographers, wildlife researchers and divers to get closer to animals in their natural undisturbed state.
You can see more about HECS at:

ENVISION THIS: Hemp is the billion-dollar plant that’s going to change our diet and farms, help restore our soil, and wean us from petroleum.
Doug Fine is a comedic investigative journalist, bestselling author, and solar-powered goat herder. His new book, Hemp Bound: Dispatches from the Front Lines of the Next Agricultural Revolution explains his advocacy of commercial hemp. In his travels to meet the leading hemp growers and researchers worldwide, he has become an expert on sustainable applications—and the policies that are keeping this bountiful plant out of American farmers’ fields and the profit across international borders.
In Hemp Bound, Doug explains that “Hemp’s fibers are among the planet’s strongest, its seed oil the most nutritious, and its potential as an energy source vast and untapped.” He also explains hemp’s one downside: “For nearly a century, it’s been effectively illegal to grow industrial cannabis in the United States—even though Betsy Ross wove the nation’s first flag out of hemp fabric. Thomas Jefferson composed the Declaration of Independence on it, and colonists could pay their taxes with it. But as the prohibition on hemp’s psychoactive cousin winds down, one of humanity’s longest-utilized plants is about to be reincorporated into the American economy.”
Fine has reported for The Washington Post, Wired, Salon, The New York Times, Outside, National Public Radio, and U.S. News & World Report. He is the author of three previous books: Too High to Fail: Cannabis and the New Green Economic Revolution; Farewell, My Subaru: An Epic Adventure in Local Living; and Not Really an Alaskan Mountain Man.

in Pop Culture
The world has been set afire ever since the footage leaked by TMZ was seen by the entire planet as Beyonce's sister Solange went on the attack to attempt to harm Jay-Z in what was obviously a violent response to something that pissed Solange off.
The speculation on this incident will most likely burn through the very fibers of the internet for a long time to come.
The fact that there was absolutely no audio with the video footage will fuel the fires of what caused Solange to act out like she did and even amplify what was already a huge situation.
Will we ever know what it wasthat caused sister Solange to assault Jay Z?
Did she catch him flirting or even cheating on her beloved sister Beyonce, who, while witnessing the entire scuffle up close and personal, seemed detached as though nothing out of the ordinary was going on?
Was this something brewing between Jay and Solange over a long period of time and just happened to come out now?
Is there a power struggle with the career of Solange in the shadow of her more famous sister?
Something went down and while we may never know what it was, the world will now find themselves searching hard through everything they say or do with a fine tooth comb until they are satisfied.
The media surely will build you up high before knocking you down to savor every bit of ones fall in front of the public eye.
Does this incident signal the downward spiral of the marriage of Jay-Z and Beyonce?
As usual, the great Madamwhipass & LanceScurv go in on this mysterious incident with just as many questions as anyone.
Enjoy the intense and very interesting exchange and please leave your comments in the box below.

5 Methods for “Unpatterning” Pain
Pain is such a simple word, BUT IT’S SOMETHING ELSE. The problem with pain is that what people think it means is not really what it means. The electrochemical signals generated in our body as a response to injury get transmitted along nerve fibers to our spinal cord and up to our brain, where those signals are processed and become the experience of pain. The fun part is that it is more associated with promoting healing that it is with avoiding injury.
Today@ 1 pm (CST), on Healthy Mind & Body radio, we are going to be discussing some simple ways to MANAGE CHRONIC PAIN and RE-WIRE the way you experience this stimulus called pain.
And the first thing we are going to talk about is… IS THIS AN INJURY OR IS THIS PAIN…
