Emotions are a part of every day life. Sometimes they can be good or bad, it depends on the current situation. Well have you ever just let your emotions go for the one you love? As usual, we will also discuss two delicious recipes for sharing. The "safe" recipe will be Asian Noodle Chicken with Vegetables, and the "adventure" recipe will be Seafood Stew.
OMG!!! What does it mean to feel good? Do you have to cooperate to get that deep feeling that you and you alone know? That feeling of great excitement! The runner's high, the highest peak of the mountain climber, the biggest-longest wave of the surfer, the largest commission for the salesman, the highest grade on a test for the student, the perfect homerun for the batter, the best strike for the pitcher! OMG! We each get that deep feeling in different ways and it feels so good and unique to each of us! OMG!!

Doing something that involves physical exertion can take the edge off the intensity of the feelings you have and can help to clear your mind and reduce the urge to do something rash. Going for a brisk walk or a run, or energetically vacuuming the lounge with your favourite music in the background are relatively easy ways to get moving. This is a positive way of managing emotions.
Do you have a good relationship with your emotions? Have you ever heard of emotional intelligence? Do you spend time trying to avoid them. He says that emotions are as essential to a person's inner growth as eating vegetables are to staying physically healthy. Emotions tell us how we feel about ourselves, others around us, and our environment. When it comes to self-development and reaching the psychospiritual "bliss point," a person has to come to like and prefer his or her true self over the ego. That which is in harmony with the true self must be more emotionally appealing and satisfying to a person than ego-centered pleasures.
Getting rid of anger and negative emotions. When we harbor negative emotions we are sending this energy to the Universe and we are attracting negative people and situations into our life. If you are angry at an ex or who they are with you must let it go.
It is time to move on and when you change your emotions you will notice good situations and positive people will be attracted to you.
