Emotions are a part of every day life. Sometimes they can be good or bad, it depends on the current situation. Well have you ever just let your emotions go for the one you love? If you haven't than come join me in the playhouse this evening, and let us show you how the grown and sexy express themselves to the one we love. Playing all the music you love to hear. We hope to see you in the playhouse this evening; so, put the children to bed early, grab your special love one, and allow me to play the tunes that make you want to say the things you've been having a problem expressing.

We know through science and experience that our overall wellness is affected by our emotions. But how much does it REALLY affect us to be harboring toxic emotions? Our guest expert on this show, Chikita Mann, is sharing about this common condition, and also walking us through how to have a "heart detox" to heal and move forward for our best health yet!
Chikita is founder of "Prosper in Health" and her many years as a nurse case manager and supervisor have given her a unique understanding of this all-too-common condition of our hearts...residual toxic emotions. She can be found and connected with at www.chikitamann.com and HERE on Facebook!
OMG!!! What does it mean to feel good? Do you have to cooperate to get that deep feeling that you and you alone know? That feeling of great excitement! The runner's high, the highest peak of the mountain climber, the biggest-longest wave of the surfer, the largest commission for the salesman, the highest grade on a test for the student, the perfect homerun for the batter, the best strike for the pitcher! OMG! We each get that deep feeling in different ways and it feels so good and unique to each of us! OMG!!
Bring me those feeling, now!! Oh, you can't it is up to me!!! Home run!!
with special guest Evangelist Yvonne A Davis.
Doing something that involves physical exertion can take the edge off the intensity of the feelings you have and can help to clear your mind and reduce the urge to do something rash. Going for a brisk walk or a run, or energetically vacuuming the lounge with your favourite music in the background are relatively easy ways to get moving. This is a positive way of managing emotions.
Do you have a good relationship with your emotions? Have you ever heard of emotional intelligence? Do you spend time trying to avoid them. This is a conversation for both men and women about how our emotions can be regarded as a gift from God not to be avoided but to be stewarded well as all our gifts.

Clinical Psychologist and Author Dr. E. Douglass Brown is back with us on this rebroadcast show talking about Emotions and The Self. He says that emotions are as essential to a person's inner growth as eating vegetables are to staying physically healthy. Emotions tell us how we feel about ourselves, others around us, and our environment. When it comes to self-development and reaching the psychospiritual "bliss point," a person has to come to like and prefer his or her true self over the ego. That which is in harmony with the true self must be more emotionally appealing and satisfying to a person than ego-centered pleasures.
