We will be talking with Tracy Stopler, MS,RD who is a Registered Dietitian with a  Master of Science in Nutrition from New York University, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).She is the nutrition director at NUTRITION E.T.C. in Plainview, Long Island. Tracy is an adjunct professor at both Adelphi University teaching "Nutrition and Human Performance" and Lehman College teaching “Nutrition and Health.” Tracy has authored over 30 abstracts, papers and book chapters in the scientific literature on the topic of nutrition and exercise. She also created a series of meditation classes.


    We are excited that Stephanie Sakaily will be reappearing to talk about Intrinsic Behavior and how it can positively influence your health.Stephanie Saikaly MEd, BCBA, Autism Specialist,who in private practice focuses on Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention programs. Stephanie also teaches Graduate Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Stephanie specializes in Intrinsic Behavior Methods and will discuss how these techniques can benefit each of us in promoting good health.

    How To Feed Your Productivity

    Being productive takes more than the right tools and supportive habits. This is one reason why my approach to helping people get things done is a holistic one. I look at things on all levels, one of them being physical.


    That level encompasses more than having your environment structured in a way that serves you. Another necessary component is diet. What you eat will either fuel or hinder your productivity. How many times have you stopped working to eat lunch, come back to what you were were working on and just not had the energy or capacity to continue with the same focus or to continue at all? You might also find that there are times in the day when you lose concentration.


    Then there are those times when you're on the go all day so you either miss out on meals or end up eating things that you know you shouldn't eat, but you do because it's what's available, sucomming to the horrors of fast food. What's convenient isn't necessarily what's good for you. It's easy to give into the excuse of not having the time to prepare proper meals or to shop, but you're paying the price both physically and when it comes to getting things off your to-do list.


    Simply put, food impacts your prodcutivity. It's time to look at what you're eating that diminishes your productivity and make a shift to fueling your prodcutivity. During this broadcast I'm going to show you how what you're eating is eating away at your productiity and help you see how changing what you eat can contribute to increasing your productivity by 20%.
