Militias Mobilize to Support Nevada Cattle Ranchers Dispute with Feds Land Grab. Details and Updates April 10th
Many have questioned the lack of police response in confronting violent rioters in Ferguson following the announcement of the grand jury's decision.
Since the announcement, a large portion of this community has been utterly destroyed.
Following what appears to be a deliberate stand-down of law enforcement, members of Oath Keepers volunteered to assist local business owners in protecting their property and livelihood.
Despite the group's willingness to help these people in a time of desperate need, it seems the federal government has something very different in mind for the community of Ferguson.
Oath Keepers has reported that, unknown to local police, federally directed sniper teams took aggressive positions against members of the group. Watch the report for more details on the situation.

CPAC 2015 IN REVIEW: A Greater Divide Than Ever?
By, Jason Taylor
I went to this year’s yearly Conservative convention with an open mind, and a heart that was somewhat bruised from much of the far right rhetoric that has been endlessly blogged about, tweeted about and Facebooked about. Not to mention the 24/7 internet and AM radio lambasting of the current GOP Congress that ‘we’ elected to serve this nation.
I was quickly hit with the cold hard truth, not much had changed. If anything it had gotten much worse, even worse than I believed it ever could. The far right, were even more far out there than I once thought, and their hammering of the moderate Conservatives continued all the way up to Jeb Bush going as far as to boo him during his speech.
Jon is flabberghasted by the fact that the drug war in Miami was so intense in the early 1980s that even Ronald Reagan was advised not to enter the city of Miami at ALL. The early 1980s was brought on by a borderless situation where drug lords overran local civil authority in Mexico, Colombia and other Central American states. 1 in every 4 people who died in Colombia died by drug related offenses. It didn't help that by the mid 1980s, Nicaragua and El Salvador was infiltrated by the CIA who were training rebels to fight the powers that be. This probably irritated drug lords more that America had their hand in the cookie jar. Jon goes into the dynamics of the drug trade in Florida, not necessarily the government underpinnings.

The recent memo from the Attorney General’s office baring local and state police from using federal asset forfeiture law to seize cash, cars and other property without warrants or criminal charges represents the most sweeping check on police power to confiscate personal property since the seizures began three decades ago as part of the war on drugs. Our first guest is Omar Figueroa, a Sebastopol lawyer who has been involved in many precedent setting marijuana cases as well as in the politics of marijuana prohibition. Attorney Figueroa will explore the ramifications of this new memo and take a look at how this will affect medical marijuana patients especially in light of the feds new hands off policy in medical marijuana states.
A lawsuit filed by the anti-drug group Safe Streets and three other plaintiffs including the owners of Holiday Inn target a number of Colorado lawmakers, including Gov. John Hickenlooper (D), Revenue Department Executive Director Barbara Brohl and Marijuana Enforcement Division Director W. Lewis Koski. Going a step beyond simply suing the state, the plaintiffs are also going after participants in Colorado's commercial marijuana industry. Citing federal racketeering laws, the plaintiffs are seeking damages due to alleged injury brought on by legalization.
The Marijuana Policy Project is not taking this legal action lightly and has called for a boycott of Holiday Inn Hotels. MPP Communications Director Morgan Fox is the show’s second guest who will take a look at the lawsuit and explain how the boycott will be carried out.
Join Brandi Medeina tonight as she sits in for Dru and discusses a potential solution for out of control legislators. What do you see where you live? Is you local government standing up to the lawmakers who would erode your rights? Tonight we chat about counties and municipalities rising up and saying "NO, we will NOT enforce any unjust laws". Maybe it's a resolution, an intiative, a measure. What does your county sheriff believe? He/she is the highest law enforcer in the land. Also on the lineup, I want to hear your views on Utah's land reclamation, and the State Of Jefferson. Will the feds just let a new state be born? How do we circumvent negative responses? How do we garner support? Is revolution the only way?
From the Amazon description of Inside the Lufthansa HEI$T: The FBI Lied by Kerry Whalen, our guest this Friday night:
It was a bitterly cold autumn night in 1978, at a deserted end of the cargo area of John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City. At 3:00 a.m., the most notorious armed robbery in American history started to unfold, and so did the meticulous planning of the mastermind.
Thirty minutes into the robbery, a Lufthansa German Airlines cargo worker arrived at the back of the building and crossed the path of three heavily armed wiseguys from Brooklyn. A bloody encounter ensued and the wiseguys took control of the building and all ten of its employees. The wiseguys, later to be known as Goodfellas, emptied the Valuable Room and made their record-breaking cash withdrawal.
In just over one hour, the wiseguys drove away with the Mother Lode, five million bucks in untraceable cash and supposedly a big payoff for each of them.
Forget everything in the newspapers about the diligent investigation initiated by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn.
It never happened.
What is true? The bloody trail of murder; a dozen people including a wife and a girlfriend.
From the very start, the investigation into the $5,850,000 heist was bungled by the feds with their incompetence, disregard for the law, lies, threats and one-way street attitude. A newspaper reported, “It’s disorganized law enforcement, against organized crime.”
I crossed the path of the wiseguys and FBI. I was that cargo worker. I kept notes. This is my story.
