Featherweight star Charmaine Tweet is hoping to be busy come this fall.
With a possible boxing match in August and her campiagning to get back in the InvictaFC cage, Tweet is gearing up by training with as many fighters as possible. The group known as "Eve-volution" has formed with several making the trip to Regina, Canada to gain support not only to Tweet but each other.
We will talk to Tweet about training and her expectations the second half of the year.
A vet of InvictaFC, Amanda Bell is looking for the biggest win of her career as she takes on Marina Shafir in Inglewood, CA Aug. 10. The BJJ specialist has a win over Shafir's teammate Jessamyn Duke.
We will talk to Bell about preparing for the fight and her recent victory over Britney Elkin.

The vacant TOC featherweight belt will be on the line when ultimate cage veteran, James Ronsick steps in to do battle with the talented, up and coming Miles Williams.
Ronsick fights out of Asheboro school of martial arts, While Williams will rep Team Mannon out of Blacksburg.
One of our newly designed custom championship belts will be on the line. Former champion Jesse Hamm recently vacated the belt leaving the title up for grabs. Ronsick is a former TOC featherweight champ, as well and Miles is hungry to claim his first title.

After a pause in the action we are back with two big events to talk about this weekend. Hardrock MMA returns to Somerset this Saturday. Gina Begley will return to Kentucky to fight for the first time in two years and she joins us to kick things off. Chris Teague will battle Pat Cornett for the featherweight title and the GG MMA standout checks in to chat about that.
Elite Fighting Series will debut in Dayton on Saturday night. Rob Hanna and company are bringing MMA back to the area after a slow spell. Hussein Hmood will stop in first to talk about his fight against Talmadge Lytle. Hanna himself will join us to talk about the goals of the promotion and what he's faced to get this project off the ground. Brennon Witcher and James Pfeiffer will also join us.

In a battle in the Featherweight Division it will be Nick Beal (Ashboro School of Martial Arts) 3-0 taking on Doug Williams (SWMA) 2-3.
During TOC 9, Williams lost to a 2nd round arm bar against the former featherweight champ Jesse Hamm in a fight that Williams took on 24 hours notice.
We look for this to be a great fight and it all goes down on Saturday, Sept. 27th at George Wythe HS in Wytheville. Prelims start at 6 pm....Main fight card begins at 7 pm
Tonight the guys will discuss some fantasy sports rules. The ins and outs of drafting a championship worthy football team.
We also will preview this weekends fight cards, UFC Fight Night 50 which main events "Jacare" Souza vs Gegard Mousasi which will help set up a possible contender in the Middleweight division. Also on the books will be Bellator 123 which will set up a rematch for the Bellator Featherweight crown as Jeff Curran is set to defend his title vs Patricky "Pit Bull" Freire.

The night's first guest will be the undefeated Andre Harrison, who will defend his Ring of Combat featherweight title at ROC 49 on Sept. 19 against UFC veteran Jeff Lentz (9-4). ROC promoter Neglia has said that he thinks Harrison could be the next ROC alum to make it to the UFC, and a win over Lentz would certainly help get him there.
Then Lou Neglia himself will call in to discuss the upcoming ROC 49 event. A former kickboxing champion and 8th degree karate black belt, Neglia has sent over 80 ROC alumni to the UFC, including current middleweight champion Chris Weidman, former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar, former welterweight champion Matt Serra, and many more. Neglia is also one of the most repsected men in all of martial arts.
And finally, Bill Hutchinson will join the show to discuss his upcoming pro MMA debut, which takes place on Nov. 26 at Pinnacle FC 9 in Pittsburgh. Lloyd Woodard will face Kurt Holobaugh in what CEO Jeff Aronson has called a featherweight title eliminator. Woodard & Holobaugh will occupy the co-main event slot at Titan FC 29 which will air on the CBS Sports Network at 10pm ET.
ATT fighter & SC native Steve Montgomery knows a little something about self promotion. He has made a litany of Youtube videos which include highlights of his fights & delve into his everyday life. Montgomery will face Rakim Cleveland on the preliminary portion which will stream live on CBSSports.com.
Stephan Bonnar is known for many things. His fight against Forrest Griffin at The Ultimate Fighter Finale 1 has been credited for saving the UFC and creating the MMA boom we all enjoy now. These days, Bonnar finds himself behind the microphone once again, this time he is working for the CBS Sports Network. Bonnar, along with Tony Luftman and Tri-Star head coach, Firas Zahabi make up the trio that calls all of the Titan FC cards that air on the CBS Sports Network.
Speaking of Zahabi, he will join us as well to discuss this Friday night’s card which will be headlined by one of his prize students, Mike Ricci. This will be Ricci’s 2nd fight for Titan as he defeated Jorge Gurgel via 1st round TKO at Titan FC 27. Zahabi will leave the announce table to corner Ricci against George Sotiropolous.Zahabi will also discuss Rory MacDonald who will face Tarec Saffiedine at UFC Fight Night 54 in Nova Scotia.

A world championship kickboxing career followed, including a debut bout against Invicta FC commentator Julie Kedzie just two years into her training. Transitioning over to MMA, another famous name met her in her debut bout; Ronda Rousey.
Not afraid to swim in the deep end of the pool, Tweet has rebounded and is focused on moving up the ranks of the Invicta FC Featherweight division. Despite a storied kickboxing background, Tweet’s submission skills are world class, and she intends on using all her skill on her way to the top. Charmaine Tweet will make her debut in the Invicta cage against fellow Canadian Julia “The Jewel” Budd at Invicta FC 7 on Dec 7th.

Ashe Bowman was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He watched his very first UFC featuring Ken Shamrock back in the 90s and right then and there he decided to pursue a career in professional mixed martial arts. Ashe successfully passed the legendary Lion's Den tryouts on May 13, 2000. He is a Strikeforce and WEC veteran and is of course a former member of the legendary Lion's Den under Ken Shamrock. Ashe has fought some of the best the sport of MMA has to offer including former Tachi Palace featherweight champion Isaac De Jesus, TUF Season 8 winner Efrain Escudero, and former Strikeforce lightweight champion and UFC title contender Josh Thomson. !

UFC lightweight Danny Castillo will face Tony Ferguson in the co-main event of UFC 177 on August 30th. Castillo is coming off an impressive 2nd round knockout victory over Charlie Brenneman at UFC on Fox: Johnson vs. Benavidez 2. This fight will be his 19th under the Zuffa umbrella.
World Series of Fighting lightweight Luis "The Baboon" Palomino scored a vicious first round knockout via headkick over Lewis Gonzalez this past Saturday at WSOF 12 in Las Vegas. The win was his second in as many fights for the WSOF and may have earned him a title shot against Justin Gaethje.
Lloyd "Cupcake" Woodard will make his Titan FC debut on August 22nd at The Crown Coliseum in a featherweight title eliminator against Kurt Holobaugh. Woodard has a 13-4 record and competed for Bellator in their lightweight tournaments. He will be making his featherweight debut against Holobaugh in a bout that will be televised on The CBS Sports Network.
Thiago Alves spent 777 days on the sidelines before making a succesful comeback against Seth Baczynski in a Fight of the Night performance on the Fox: Werdum vs. Browne card on April 19th. The one time UFC welterweight challenger faced George St, Pierre for the UFC welterweight title at the historic UFC 100 card in July of 2009. He is currently rehabbing another knee injury, but expects to be back by the end of the year,
