Today on the Social Talk we are going to talk about "True" beauty! Each and every one of us has True beauty! No matter what true beauty is not just us humans on earth but animals and plants and our planet as well as The Universe. We tend to stereo type beauty as what we see on TV and movies. We seem to compare ourselves to celebs and perhaps more often on models as women. What is it then? We will discuss this on the Social Talk today! Please join me as we explore Beauty!

When we are willing to seek connection, we are able to reach out, ask for hlep and receive affirmation of our oneness. When we are willing to embrace our desire for connection, we become willing to look within and see the barriers that stand in our way. When we connect with another, we find ourselves. Then self love becomes a possibility. It has to start with us. The homework is to think of 3 shifts to move from dis-connected to connected. Share you shifts on the homework page of the website, that's where ours will be. www.letshatch.wix.com/fearlessgenerations

Tonight we talked about new tools like Fearbuster Teams and Core Need and Forgiveness. We will continue to talk about these tools and how as we connect with ourselves we will be able to connect with others. We will recive the support we need and want in a Freedom based way. As we learn more about ourselves we can shift and grow and become more of the person we want to be. We can have a fuller life. We will step into Freedom.
Are you living the life that your soul desires? Are you free from fear and anxiety and motivated to reach your highest potential?
Rhonda Britten has devoted her life to one thing: to teach people how to master fear.
Whether that’s a fear of rejection or loss; fear of failure or success; fear of abandonment or pain, Rhonda has created a method for anyone anywhere to master the invisible, insidious fear we all have of ‘not being good enough.’ What she teaches is what she’s lived.
After witnessing the horrific murder-suicide of her parents at the tender age of 14, Rhonda went into a twenty-year spiral of self-doubt, blame and addiction. She tried everything to help herself (therapy, self-help books, improvement workshops, PTSD, energy work, you name it.) but still had nightmares every night and couldn’t get past the fear that there was something wrong with her.
Rhonda discovered a pathway to freedom that cuts through false beliefs, negative thoughts and the silent, secret fears every human being carries. Her simple yet life-altering method is called Fearless Living.
An Emmy-Award winner and repeat Oprah guest, Rhonda was the first Life Coach on reality television in the world on the first-show of its kind, Life Doctor (Second Season the series name was changed to Help Me Rhonda). Next, Rhonda changed lives on the hit NBC reality show Starting Over and named its “most valuable player” by The New York Times and heralded as “America’s Favorite Life Coach” by TV Guide. To date, Rhonda has altered lives in over 600 episodes of reality television that aired in more than 25 countries and impacted millions worldwide.

The process is your own. We are all unique, and so our process is also. We will review the tools and how they are supportive and lead us down our own "yellow brick road" to the Emerald City of Freedom. What tools have supported you the most? What tools do you want more clarity around? Who would like to share their process with us? Who is stretching and risking and wanting more? Join us on the call as we wrap up willingness and move on to step 3.
Join us on Sunday, December 21st for a conversation with Makeup Artist & Groomer Merrell Hollis. Merrell will chat with us about what it takes to maintain a successful career in the beauty industry. Follow our conversation on Twitter as well by using the hash tag #BeautyLounge.

We are to our 3rd step of freedom! It is Connection. Connection is a human need that we all have. Being willing to connect with others will help us find ourselves. Connection brings compassion, and understanding. Without it you might complain, make excuses, or blame others. But, connection is there for all of us and if you are willing to take the next step you can have it too. As we become aware of our desired life, and are willing to ask/seek for that life, we will be connected to those that can support us in living that life.

We have discused Awareness and now we are talking Willingness. We talked about shifting our language and steping out of your comfort zone. Now what will you do? What stretches will you take? What will come up when you do? Being willing is no easy task. But as you are, you will have opportunities and possibilities open up to you that you wouldn't of allowed before. Your life will become an adventure. You will start to shift your view and let go of old filters that don't serve you anymore. You will be free to make new choices. Stretching and risking will become easier with practice and you will slowly become the new you that you want to be.
