Special Guest ~ Fay Hart https://twitter.com/fayhart101
Fay Hart, slow coach for people in the fast lane, is a poet who came of age in the ‘70s, moving to London to live a rock and roll life. For a young poet, punk music and London’s poetic history was an intoxicating mix, and London suited her for nearly 30 years. In the ‘90s Fay turned her attention to understanding suffering, reading psychology at the University of Surrey and continuing to educate herself for a further dozen years. But it took Mexico and a mystical trilogy for Fay to become fully aware of our ability to end suffering. With the motto do less, accomplish more taped to her MacBook, Fay built a business from the house she ‘bought at a yard sale’ in Mexico. She assists clients from as far afield as New Zealand to make great changes in their lives by doing less. Fay is the author of a beautiful new paradigm in healing for our time, the Steps.
From an impromptu call with Wayne Dyer to a newly launched Indiegogo campaign, Fay's relationship to and with 'the Steps' has been both personal and transformative. Join in the conversation through LIVE Twitter interaction during the show with Slow Coach Fay Hart as she shares more about her mystical program 'the Steps - a new paradigm of healing for our time.'
