    Welcome To The Winter

    in Comedy

I's winter time...time for more drinking.

How much more damn rain is needed before there is no more drought? I ALWAYS have water when I turn on my faucet.

As my brother would say, "It's ball-shrinking cold out!" So I keep a hand warmer in my underwear so mine can hang like a St. Bernard's sack.

Talking during sex? Where is the fine line from just sex talk, to a full on conversation?

Does Sylverster Stallone scream whenever he takes a shit?

If Stephen Hawking is so damn smart, why doesn't he fix himself? Or at least, fix Muhamed Ali?

Dudes always make up some kind of song when they try to hit up on women.

Women comedians are more perverted than men comedians...always talking about how small dudes dicks are. They sound like gun-control advocates.

YSB/ " whatever happened to my leader " Conscience - where are you?

    in Religion

Making decisions. What to be done?  Where to go?  Who to see?  When to do?  How much to take?  Why do I? No matter who, what, when, where, why or how, we have to have a subject and a verb.  Action is always happening though the subjects are constantly changing and sometimes remaining the same.  The affect of the action is direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional; none the less it happens.  The effectiveness of actions depends on doer of the action and its intent.  The doer of actions is the only one or ones that know what outcome is expected.  The result affects the subject, the doer and the connected parties or surroundings.  Take for example there is a water hose not attached to anything and there is a faucet present able to turn on with water flow.  There is a group of children playing yard games and one of them DECIDES to intentionally wet all the other children.  The surroundings include a house accessible, three picnic tables, hula hoops, jump rope, tug of war rope, horse shoes game, a volley ball set up, a tented food area w/table of food, a stage or platform for drama acts  and the environment is during the fall time, quite more cool than hot.  The sun is shining at about 1pm Eastern Standard Time, prayer time will be at 1:30pm about. The doer( one wetting the children) decided to have an outcome of laughter for fun, but did not realize or incorporate into its thinking process the affect of the act on the other children.  10 girls and 10 boys.  1 boy does the action, the subjects are running, screaming, knocking each other down, two boys and a girl gets injured by running into the tables and one of the boys has asthma, is rushed to the hospital and the parents are called and the scene is a mess  No common sense

We ask,, whatever happened to our leader? Our consciece for common sense?

Transformation B-4 Transfer-- The 6 Faculties of the Mind

    in Self Help

The (6) Faculties of the Mind

In our last episode we noted that many people talk about renewing your mind but most of them can't explain what exactly that is. So the question has to be asked and answered...

When we say the mind; what are we talking about and HOW DO I RENEW IT OR HOW DO I ELEVATE IT TO A PLACE WHERE I CAN ACCESS GOD'S THOUGHTS ABOUT ME?

The mind has two categories The Conscious (what you are aware of through taste, touch, hear, feel and smell) and the Subsconcious (what you are unaware of that is highly associated with emotions and memory).

We also noted that the mind has 6 functions. When we say mind, we are really describing the power of our mental faculties.  Those higher mental faculties are reason, memory, perception, will, intuition, and imagination.

That means your mind functions in six different ways.  I’ve listed them below and given you a general definition.  But we’re going to look at these and see how each way the mind functions and works. That way, we can understand HOW every FAUCET OF THE MIND can be RENEWED.

In this segment we will conclude the 6 faculties of the mind.

July 14 ~ Charlotte View: Clean Drops Around the World ~ Naqash Hasan Choudhery

    in Environment

Charlotte View Internet Radio is proud to support Clean Drops, with an interview about this organization that provides clean water to countries around the world. Please welcome, Naqash Hasan Choudhery. a UNCC College student with a big heart and solid determination.

    Mission:
Clean Drops has a simple mission: to give more people in the world clean water to drink. While this is a trivial quest in a developed country, without governmental support or social infrastructure, it can be incredibly difficult. Clean Drops aims to help communities develop sustainable, ecological, simple, easy-to-maintain systems to get clean drinking water to everyone who needs it.

Water is one of the most essential elements needed for us to survive. For a majority of us we just have to turn on the faucet to quench our thirst, take a warm shower, wash our clothes, or flush the toilet. We fail to even think how fortunate we are to be able to enjoy this luxury. However for many people around the world it isn't as easy as turning on the faucet.
Around the world close to a billion people lack access to clean water for them their way of gaining clean water consists of many long tiring walks and carrying the water back, or for some they just have to use whatever water they can find. Water is one of the three basic necessities of life.

Dr. Frackenstein--Tales From The Oil Patch 09.Jul.14

    in Finance

Our weary petroleum engineer Dr. Frack returns with some interesting news. Seems like the oil industry has become too fixated on quarterly results and is ignoring some troubling safety issues. Not earthquakes in Oklahoma or gas coming out of your kitchen faucet. No we're talking about H2S gas that has the potential to kill people. Dr. Frack is fed up with them cutting corners. We're not talking about the inherent dangers of fracking, we're talking about risky behaviors that companies engage in to save money. There's a big difference.

Green Talk Live "Water: What's in your glass?"

    in Health

Tonight, on "Green Talk Live", the topic of discussion is on what many consider the most important element on earth, H2O. It's in everything we drink and the key to our survival, but the question is; what's in your glass?

I mean if you're a faucet water drinker, are you drinking healthy, clean water? How much filtering does our water supply companies provide? Is it enough to make it good for you?

And what about all of these bottled water companies? Are they really giving us clean, accurately filtered, spring water? If they are, some of their bottled waters sure taste like faucet water, and it’s rumored that that's exactly what some of them are selling you.

There's so much to be covered and there's only 2 people who are right for this type of topic and that's "Green Talk Live" hosts Chef Moses & Chef Rivera. As usual, this will be a very informative show, so make sure you listen, and listen close!

Rivers: Tapping The Faucet Pt. 2

    in Religion

Everyone has heard of rivers, but often don’t realize the power in discovering its implication on their lives. We’re told, "first came the natural then the spiritual", therefore our natural understanding of rivers can provide tremendous clarity on what God wants to do in my life. When you really consider them, it's interesting to note how God used rivers in the scriptures and how they figures into our lives today. Consider when God first created Adam male and female, He placed them near (4) rivers. These rivers provided fresh water for the environment entrusted to Adam. When God raised up Moses to deliver the children of Israel, this great deliverer received his name because he was drawn out of the water. The Israelites got their food from the rivers and God often placed them by rivers to control shipping channels and in many ways influence wealth. Rivers represent the blessings of God and in Psalm 1:1-6, we are planted by rivers so that we don’t wither. Practically speaking rivers flow into oceans and when dammed up the oceanic life is impacted by the lack of life flowing from the river. In like manner the rivers within you when dammed up rob you of your creativity and ultimate impact on others. God desires His power to burst through the floodgates of your soul and you must know that the enemy wants to use circumstances, people and critical tapes in your mind to stop your river. Within this teaching is all you’ll need to Understand, Unlock and Unleash the Rivers within you.
