Tonight's special guest is Dusty Farrah Cooley from Nettleton, Mississippi, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, incest, and rape. "Looking back," she writes, "it's extremely difficult to understand how I survived it all. But I did, and with God's help, of course." She goes on, "I believe that speaking out concerning my abuse/rape is what 'my calling' is." Sexually abused from the ages of 8-15 years of age, Dusty reports she did what do most 'disturbed' children do at this age. They act out. "And that's what I did. I got into fights at school, resulting in being expelled. I was labeled a 'trouble-maker' by my teachers and parents." She got no help. "Nobody reached out to me during those years. Why, I even wrote a story concerning a young girl being sexually abused by her best friend's father, and still, nobody caught on. But I eventually made a turn around, when I accepted Jesus as my Savior. I finished high school and became an RN." Dusty Farrah describes herself as a Beautiful Survivor, writing, ".. it's kind of weird hearing myself say 'survivor.' Because for years I remember just remaining in bondage. Never would I have considered myself as a survivor. For as long as I can remember, I self-medicated, cut and put myself down." She continues, "I guess you can say I hated myself, even more than my abusers. But that was the OLD Farrah. I'm a fighter now." In fact she describes herself today as a warrior and conqueror. "I'm in a new place now, and I love where I'm at. I love where I am in my life now. No longer do I look at myself and see defeat and warfare."

SEASON 6 EPISODE 1: JAMES DEEN
He is an AVN Awrd Winner for Best Male Performer. He was the star of Farrah Abraham's "Backdoor Teen Mom" celebrity sex tape. He became a mainstream actor, playing opposite Lindsay Lohan in the film, "The Canyons." And now, with help from Kickstarter backers, he is the producer of "Cowboys & Engines. As described on the Kickstarter page:
"Cowboys & Engines is an ambitious steampunk adventure that follows Cade Ballard (Richard Hatch), the war-weary former ambassador from the nation of Texas as he meets Guinivere Wheeler (Libby Letlow), a woman who proves to be as dangerous as she is charming. When they encounter Professor Nicholas Timéon (Walter Koenig), and learn that his temporal engine, a machine with incredible destructive power, has been stolen by would-be conqueror Dr. Clay (Malcolm McDowell), Cade and Guinivere set off to save San Francisco from total destruction.
This film is a labor of love, and an attempt to create something completely original and visually stunning. The movie will be something we can all be proud of; a fun, exciting ride that never becomes silly or tongue-in-cheek. The script is extremely tight, with sharp dialogue and great characters. The cast is first-rate, and though the creative professionals behind the camera might not be household names, they’re a respected team capable of working miracles.
Hollywood has failed miserably in its attempts to bring steampunk to the screen; we’re going to do it right. Cowboys & Engines is a festival piece that will redefine steampunk for the world at large as a way of re-imagining fantasy adventure."

native of south Louisiana, Farrah Rochon officially began her writing career while waiting in between classes in the student lounge at Xavier University of Louisiana. After earning her Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University, Farrah decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a published novelist. She was named Shades of Romance Magazine's Best New Author of 2007. Her debut novel garnered rave reviews, earning Farrah several SORMAG Readers' Choice Awards.
When she is not writing in her favorite coffee shop, Farrah spends most of her time reading her favorite romance novels. An admitted sports fanatic, Farrah feeds her addiction to football by watching New Orleans Saints games on Sunday afternoons.
Jennifer Lohmann is a Rocky Mountain girl at heart, having grown up in southern Idaho and Salt Lake City. She's always been a reader--of romance novels, mysteries, nonfiction, cereal boxes, etc. If it had words, she tried to read it.
Jennifer had been writing, on and off, for many years when she won the Romance Writers of America Librarian of the Year award in 2010. Being at the RWA conference reminded her how much she loved writing and she became more serious about it. As part of Harlequin's "So You Think You Can Write" Contest, she was offered a contract on her first book in 2012. She spends her days surrounded by people, talking about books, and creating community. Her nights (and early mornings) are spent imagining the loves of other people and writing their stories.
She lives in the Southeast with a dog, five chickens, and four cats.
