Charles Meek author of the book "Christian Hope Through Fulfilled Prophecy" has recently proposed the concept that "first things" are more important than "last things" as it relates to a proper, balanced understanding of the Bible. Is that concept valid? Are "last things" of lesser importance than "first things" and how does this concept affect those wanting a "consistent" approach to the whole picture of redemptive history?
Join Larry Siegle today as he tackles the implications of what Charles Meek is contending for. In addition, a deeper investigation into the message and meaning of Paul's letter to the Ephesians as he begins a verse-by-verse study of the text and the reasons why scholars and theologians have missed the importance of the issues that are outlined in the letter.

WHO are the descendants of Abraham today, and why does it matter? Both Bible and Qu'ran make competing claims on this, and though it is mainly a RELIGIOUS question, it impacts American foreign policy, the conduct of Israelis towards their land, fundamentalist Islamic ambitions, and is fueling the substantial Muslim outrage towards towards Israel and the West. Within the evangelical wing of American Protestants, there is a two-fold division on this question. And this is not an "in-house" argument anymore just among Evangelicals debating points of doctrine and eschatology. Rather, it affects the way the Christian faith and the gospel is interpreted TODAY by Muslims, Jews, and the rest of the world. Tonight we'll talk about this. Your host: Rev. Rick Anderson on "Jewish Roots", Internet radio pod-cast, each Thursday at 9:30 PM at www.scripturesdramatized.com and www.blogtalkradio.com/fougcrew. In order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, Jesus says we must be Baptized. In order to be a true church, Jesus commissioned us to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus, Himself, was Baptized. What is Baptism and why is it so important? Can you baptize someone with soda? Why does Paul say Baptism represents our death on the cross with Christ? Does Baptism get you into heaven or is it just a symbol that you accept Jesus as your personal savior?
The Old Testament sings of the coming Baptism that will save us and mark our entry into heaven. Jesus says that, in order to be saved, we must be born again of "water and spirit" (John 3). In Genesis 1:1, we see that the universe was created by water and spirit, and so are we. We become a new creature, a soul reborn, Eternal Life re-enters us. We are restored to Eden once again.
But how, why, and what does it do? Join Kristina Rake, MA, theologian, author, award-winning preacher and lecturer for a walk through the 4 aspects of this great sacrament: Ritual, Theology, Biblical Roots, and Spiritual Reality (its effect on the soul).
If your evangelical family and friends have ever asked if you're born again or "saved", you want to hear this episode so you can answer them by saying, "Yes. I'm born again the way the Bible says I must be. The way Christ told us to."
Join Devin & Melissa Pellew as they discuss topics related to biblical theology, Christian apologetics and worldview issues. During our first segment, we will be discussing the topic of astrology with Marcia Montenegro. Statistic show that many Christians see no contradiction with studying astrology and horoscopes with their Christian worldview. On the air with us to discuss this topic will be regular contributer to our show, Marcia Montenegro, founder and director of Christian Answers for the New Age (CANA). Marcia, who was a professional astrologer before converting to Christianity, is a graduate of Southern Evangelical Seminary and is the author of Spellbound: The Paranormal Seduction of Today's Kids.
During the second segment, we will be joined by apologist, Jonathan McLatchie, from the UK, as we discuss the topic of Islam. Who was Muhummad? What does Islam teach regarding the nature of God? Where does Jesus fit into the Muslim religion? What is the view of salvation and the afterlife? Jonathan will answer these and other related questions. Jonathan is an apologist and frequent writer for websites such as CrossExamined.org, the Christian Apologetics Alliance, and Christian Apologetics UK, where he presents the case for the Christian worldview. He is also a regular contributor to the leading intelligent design

Human sexuality is an important biblical topic. It is an equally important topic in the world where sexual promiscuity is rampant on TV, in the movies, the internet ography, and indiscreet advertisements in magazines and even radio commercials. The secular world has no problem flaunting sexuality before our eyes. It has no remorse in using women's bodies and sexual situations and innuendos to sell, entice, and even control people so that they can get money out of them. The world takes that which was made holy by God and uses it to make money. This is not how it should be.
According to the National Association of Evangelicals, 80 percent of unmarried evangelical Christians between ages 18-29 admit to having had premarital sex, a shocking figure when measured against the number of pledges made in youth ministries and wristbands worn endorsing abstinence around the country throughout the late ’80s and early ’90s. For a generation fed a steady diet of “just wait until you’re married for sex,” why are so many of us losing our virginity before we say “I do”? What is causing the growing chasm between our Christian belief and sexual purity?
Join us Monday night for this important discussion
Earlier this year, Bishop of the Evangelical Episcopal Churches of South Africa held a meeting with the Pope. In attendance were James Roberson and Kenneth Copeland, among others. All of these people see the need to bring all churches together under one banner, the banner of The Convergent Movement. What is this all about? Will it lead to the church that Revelation calls "The Whore of Babylon?" We'll look at this and other things tonight on Opposing The Matrix. Please listen it at 6PM Pacific and 9PM Eastern.

This system has worked well for those in control. Through their alliance with state enforcers, these clergymen gained in power, prestige, and of course, wealth; and with state power to enforce doctrine, enslavement of the people followed naturally, in due course. After all, it is a simple matter to shear the sheep, when you have convinced them that it is God's will for you to do so. They took what God had given for Life, freedom, and pleasure; and turned it into nothing more than a sterile, religious performance, meant to mesmerize.
The underlying foundation of all religion is performance, whether it’s a tribal dance around a campfire to satisfy the fire god or a dead religious activity performed week after week by an evangelical Christian with the intent of impressing his God. The idea of religious performance is a wild plant which poisons the grace of God and causes it to cease to be edible
