Throughout the book, Dr. Wiley strategically breaks down how we should serve our church, our community, and our family. Are you a servant? Do you know what a true servant is? Tune-in May 16, 2013 @10 pm CST as we speak with Dr. Wiley on how we all can be taught servitude.

Swami Kriyananda: Years With Yogananda
VividLife Radio’s Kristen White welcomes Swami Kriyananda, to discuss his years with Yogananda
In 1948 Swami Kriyananda found Yogananda’s now famous Autobiography of a Yogi in New York City, and the next day left on a bus to meet the saint who he felt “was the truest friend I had ever known.” Responding to an irresistible longing in his heart, Kriyananda said to Yogananda, “I want to be your disciple.” This was the most important moment in Kriyananda’s life. At Yogananda’s request, Swami Kriyananda has devoted his life to lecturing and writing, helping others to experience the living presence of God within. He has taught on four continents in seven languages over the course of over 60 years. His teaching, audio and video recordings of his talks and music, and his many books translated into 28 languages have touched the lives of millions.
Swami Kriyananda has taken the ancient teachings of Raja Yoga and made them practical and immediately useful for people in every walk of life. His books and teachings on spiritualizing nearly every field of human endeavor include business life, leadership, education, the arts, community, and science. He has written extensive commentaries on and the Bhagavad Gita, both based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.

OmahaNightOutGuide Radio: Matt & Alex DiBaise 5/14/13
When I think of music in Omaha and some of the shows that OmahaNightOutGuide.com has promoted and booked over the past three years one band stands out in my head. In their previous endeavor they were Cold Steel. The young men were one of the first shows that I went to with the launch of OmahaNightOutGuide.com. It was at this point that music in Omaha would be the central focus on OmahaNightOutGuide.com.
I first met and saw Cold Steel at a show in Papillion and they were one of the first bands that I had booked to do a multiband show. Since that time, I have worked with Cold Steel on three other occasions and soon I will get to work with them under their current name, Save the Hero.
The band was originally formed as Cold Steel in 2005. After the almost 8 years of performing together the band has evolved and the members felt it was time for a change. The previous name misrepresented what their music has grown into.
Under the previous title the band released 5 CDs: “And It Begins”, “Cold Steel”, “See You Again”, “First Five”, “The Odds are Against Us”. With over 300+ live shows Cold Steel shared the stage with national acts such as: Heart, JackyL, Skid Row, Slaughter, Evans Blue, Black Stone Cherry, Cavo, The Nigel Dupree Band, and more.
Thank you for supporting live music in Omaha

Sanctification of the home: Dietary measures
Sanctification of the home is a vital area where the woman of the home can make serious contributions. Yahueh has designed the Nation of Yisra'Al to be set-apart nation to show the world how to live righteously and blessed. The building block of every nation is the home. We will examine 5 areas where the woman of the home can help with the endeavor of sanctification.
In the Creator's plan of sanctification of His people is included what we are allowed to eat; i.e. the dietary laws. As we look at these principles we will also touch on healthy eating. Just because something might be biblically kosher doesn't mean it is healthy for you and your family.

Pearls of Wisdom-Jewels of the Kingdom
Praise the Lord and welcome to B.L.I.F. Networks' presentation of Pearls of Wisdom-Jewels of the Kingdom.
Each week we will endeavor to bring you live interviews of real people living for and loving the Lord. We aim to show that it is possible to serve with a purpose for a lifetime, to be more than a believer; to be a fully developed disciple of Christ and to serve with joy through the good and bad times. The Bible declares that we should not grow weary in doing good... (Galatians 6:9)
We will be interviewing both men and women of faith, as we are all precious jewels in the sight of God. And just as it is in the spirit, "there is no gender in jewels!" (c)
This week we talk with Bishop David R. Harewood, DDiv. He is the presiding Prelate of Bethel Life International Fellowship and Pastor of Bethel Life Centre here in Quebec, Canada.
Pearl of Wisdom: gems come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Each one unique and beautiful; just as we are each God's masterpiece.+MGH
