The Bridge of Enchantment is Love. Love is a bridge. Love the bridge. Love bridges everything. Love is the bridge to enchantment.
We continue with the theme of Bridging Worlds. This week it's the Bridge of Enchantment, which raised me a level at which I could see, feel, relate, to the Sacred. Once I became aware of the Sacred, I could see the sacredness in the betrayal. The blessing in the wound. It began with Enchantment, which took me to an inner realm, aka the fourth dimension. Love is a frequency. This is about crossing the bridge to a higher frequency. Love is the bridge. The bridge might be the bridge ofEnchantment. One can never get too comfortable however, as Ed will undoubtedly prompt the listener to examine their world and stimulate them to make it better! Ed asks us everyone to glimpse the world from his vantage point, offering up his vision and sometimes helping to point out the areas that need tidying. Like the janitor of conscience, he'll frequently show the cobwebs and sweep the dirt from the corners of one’s perspective. The listener is left uplifted, invigorated and enriched by dewy new jewels of insight and permeated by a mosaic of musical mayhem. Funky, ethereal, grungy, luscious, rowdy, serene, provocative, clever, insightful and uniquely exhilarating, Ed Roman's marvelous musings drop dollops of tasteful delight through our ears to our hearts. You can't help but dance. You can't help but smile.

On Thursday, August 7th, 2014 the Hermetic Hour, with host Poke Runyon, will present a report on the August 2nd Feraferian Lugnasad (Lammas) ceremony that Soror Zandria and Frater Thabion attended as guests of Lady Jo Carson, Avatrix of Feraferia, and her husband John presented at their woodland-surrounded home north of San Francisco, California. The Lugnasad ceremony is described in Fred Adams' "Nine Royal Passions of the Year" as: "The Festival of Fruiting and Beginning of Harvest. The meanderings of the Honeymoon as fruits in scented groves ripen, the breasts of the Goddess swell." Our special guest will be Lady Jo herself who will give us a more profound and intimate description of the event in its idyllic forest setting. Feraferia is the oldest, most elegant and sublime expression of American Neo-Pagan, Goddess centered nature religion. If you are new to this tradition, or if you are already attuned to its enchantment, be sure to join us.
