Due to technical difficulties I will be re recording this episode LIVE on Saturday April 11th.
In this episode I will be discussing how your credit report impacts employment opportunities. This is a great episode for anyone looking to advance in their career, make a change in their career, or for younger people getting out of college pursuing their career.
I will also provide education surrounding credit & student loans and how this plays a role in employment opportunities as well.
Looking forward to it!
Hearings with agencies are usually performed with the parties, their attorneys, and the administrative law judge over the phone. Administrative law judges handle issues strictly pertaining to employment and are well versed in rules and cases relating to their particular area of law. Sometimes attorneys are involved and other times clients represent themselves pro se. Generally speaking, an employment hearing is like a mini trial where you will present your witnesses and cross examine the other side’s witnesses. You are able to submit documents which you may wish to enter as evidence in advance to both the judge and opposing party. It helps to have these clearly identified and readily accessible during the hearing, especially considering its telephonic nature. You are usually able to have both a closing and opening statement as well. Do not expect a decision at the conclusion of the telephone conversation. The decision will come in writing and it could take several months before any such decision is rendered.
Tune in to this podcast with Heidi Kuffel to learn more about what to expect during an employment agency hearing.

OUTTRO MUSIC BY JACK T. BLUES
The growing divide between rich and poor
Costs of day to day needs are going up much more than salaries - Real Estate, Education, Health Care, food,...
People saddled with debt - young and old
How much of this is a sad reality and how much is people speanding more than they should
What language are you as a parent speaking to your child? Is it when you finish school you will go to college to get a job? What does that really equate to in today's world...DEBT! Most college graduates like myself have at least $40K of debt. After accuring that debt, we then find employment that averages about 50K annually, which means because other bills have to be paid, our education will become a life-long debt. What about teaching your child to work for themselves? How often do the word ENTREPRENEURSHIP come from your mouth? After all, for the most part, our children follow HOW we lead them!
