How does Congress and Corporations chart your destiny when involved in a Car Accident? ERISA. This is Legislation Congress developed with too much input from corporations and not enough concern for sick or injured individuals, in my opinion. Why is it important for you to get involved in getting ERISA reformed? Because your future may depend it on after a car wreck. Join me, ESTRA in a discussion about Employer ERISA Benefits and Policies.

Nathalie lays it out...
Letitia is still technically on vacay until next Friday. However, in light of the overwhelming amount of news of pro-life interest, we will be having a special shortened broadcast to talk about the news that is hitting the media lately.
Up for discussion are the SCOTUS decision on Hobby Lobby's challenge to the Obamacare employer mandate, the illegal immigration crisis where minor children are being housed and detained in federal internment camps as pawns of Obama's domestic aims, and finally, the verbal attack on a recent pro-life demonstration that caught the eye of Fox News this morning. Created Equal's Seth Drayer was on Fox & Friends today to talk about the hostile confrontation between him, a Created Equal intern, and a woman who became physically abusive in public.
Note: Air-time will be at 5:30pm today.
The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, from 7:00-7:30 pm ET for Radio, and as always 7:00-8:00 pm ET for the Twitter chat.
Before the 4th of July break we talked about how organizations can and should differentiate, and this week we’re going to talk about the benefits of true talent engagement.
Unfortunately talent management strategies of the past no longer work. Today people work differently, are motivated differently and are engaged differently. Millennials may have pushed all the employer flexibility buttons, but now every generation is demanding more.
For example, employees want ongoing growth opportunities, workplace flexibility, tools and systems that encourage collaboration, and commitment to a reciprocal climate of support and encouragement, all of which lead to payoffs in employee retention, satisfaction, and overall business performance.
The key, today, is to drive a higher level of contribution and deeper engagement through a better “people management” experience that can lead to better and more lucrative business outcomes. Companies that demonstrate consistently high engagement scores are gaining an advantage with fully immersed employees who are committing to their organization by contributing to, both, a healthy culture and bottom line.
Join #TChat co-creators and hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn more about improving the talent engagement experience with this week’s guest: Jeff Carr, CEO and President of PeopleFluent.

""Been gone for a minute now I'm back with the Jumpoff" Your NY Born and bred official sports chick MoJo is back with the fellas! We have new co-hosts Tone and Mike and as usual we bring you 90 Minutes of Niceness!
Our special guest for this week is Jimmy WIlliams from War Room Sports who will be chopping it up with us and discussing the new War Room Sports Podcast Network.
We will discuss the week in sports, the drama that is the World Cup, why we miss real football and the topic of the week is: With Lebron opting out and other players following suit, do you think it makes sense for players to "take less money to help build the team"? Basically, the "employer" wants the "employee" to take less money so they can make more money AKA avoiding the luxury tax, salary cap issues etc. MoJo, Tone and Mike will discuss this and all things sports on the Tuesday Night Chop Up!
Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Cecile Bereal, your host of Serving Up Diversity, interviews C.J. Westrick, Owner of HR Jungle.
Ms. C.J. Westrick, SPHR is a certified human resources professional who has been in human resources management for over 20 years. She started HR Jungle, her consulting firm, 7 years ago and specializes in working with small to mid-sized businesses who don’t need full-time HR staff but want senior-level expertise.
Wage and hour workplace issues have been prevalent for many years, and still plague employers and employees today. Who is exempt? Who is non-exempt? When is paying overtime a requirement? Large employers find ways to handle the issues. Small and mid-sized companies have no safe harbor as there is no "small employer exemption" to most state or federal wage and hour laws. Our guest today works primarily with small-mid sized businesses, and will share with us how wage and hour apply to them.
Why is freedom so important? Because it allows you to wake up every single day with a choice. A choice of how to live. There is a price for this way of life. It is protecting choice through Voting in 2014 Mid-Term Elections. How would Congress respond if they knew people injured in a Car Accident are looking for ERISA Reform and their re-election depends on them protecting the insured instead of the insurer? How much do you know about their record to protect your interest? Independence Weekend 2014 is a great time to explore Congresses efforts to protect the interest of those injured in Automobile Accidents. Join me, ESTRA in highlighting what they have done for you lately.
Most Employees view Employer Benefits as there for rainy days. Each day when Employees get up and head to work, most believe they will have a routine day. Drive to work, get there and do job, leave work, and attend to personal task. However, a car accident changes this routine for some Employees. Now, insurance premiums paid each month out of paychecks seem all important. Join, me, ESTRA in talking about using Employer Benefits After A Car Accident.
