Stress - ESR to Reduce and Release Holiday Stress

    in Health

Stress is one of life's most insidious challenges! Everyone is affected by stress in one way or another! Life often hands us stress to get our attention and to “wake us up” to toxic relationships, toxic work environments, toxic thoughts.

Join Bonnie Atchley, creator and host of Blog Talk Radio's Alternative Healing channel and Marie T. Matteson, MS, Medical Intuitive, Bio Feedback Specialist and Alternative Healing practitioner extraordinaire, of Matteson Communications as we re-visit Emotional Stress Release (ESR) and discuss this powerful  tool for helping reduce and alleviate stress.

This simple technique truly short-circuits the debilitating and sometimes paralyzing results of stress in our lives – helping to lower cortisol levels in the body.  Cortisol assists the body in proper glucose metabolism, regulation of blood pressure and the body’s inflammatory response.
