We all communicate via Social Media, the likes of facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, BBM etc. Our lives are so wrapped up in mobile devices. Some even feel naked or out of touch with the world if their battery dies and they are on the road with no juice or charger to keep them online....myself included.
Thing here though, a listener wrote in with a question: "My girl is so addicted to social media. Most times I feel like she is having an affair the way she holds on to her phone for dear life all the time and laughs sporadically. Please HELP!!!
Tonight on the Show we will be taking a look at this trend and see how Social Media affects your relationships. Join us at 8pm Central time.
Let's swap tales!
All physical manifestations of illness, broken bones, itches etc have an emotional component. This does not mean that the physical component is not real, that your symptoms aren't real or that it's all in your "imagination." What it does mean is that the emotions that you are not expressing are asking for you to release them, in order for you to grow along your journey.
Jo-Anne Eadie and Heather Masters will discuss the origins of emotions and how they can get "stuck" in your physical body. If you have a physical issue, call into the show! Jo-Anne and Heather will help you unravel the symptoms by working through the emotions through awareness, tapping and breathing techniques.
Jo-Anne and Heather have decades of experience with their own clients as well as working through their own issues. They will share what they tried; what worked and what didn't work.
How can you begin to let go of an illness, if you don't know why it manifested in the first place? Jo-Anne and Heather can help.

Do you have issues with food? Do you think you may be an "emotional eater?" What's an emotional eater?
Emotional eating is when a person uses food as an attempt to control, monitor, and cope with negative feelings or thoughts. Because emotional eating typically results in overeating, it can often lead to poor self-esteem, unwanted weight gain, and obesity.
If you are binge eating or sometimes not eating at all, learn how to recognize the triggers of emotional eating and understand the habits and causes.

“I’ve been a Caroline Sutherland fan ever since the first moment I met her in the ’90s. In fact, she fulfilled a dream of mine. At our first meeting, Caroline looked at me, clearly saw my deficiencies and nutritional needs, and on the spot designed a special plan for my particular body. I felt understood for the first time.”

Domestic abuse can take many forms, one of them being emotional abuse. Many women face consistent emotional abuse that holds them captive because of their faith. In fact, their faith is used to enable their own abuse and they are left feeling it is God's will or their own fault.
Suparna Malhotra, host of the Gentle World Cafe on the Voice of Leadership Radio Network will be talking to Nataline Daycreator, author, speaker, minister and coach who will share her experiences about emotional abuse, what it ia and why it happens in this first part of 2-part series.
About our guest: Nataline Daycreator is the Ambassador and Founder of the UK based organisation, InterNations All Against Spiritual Abuse. Passionate to see individuals experience justice and freedom as a God given right, She campaigns with individuals, communities and agencies to raise awareness of Spiritual Abuse.
Through her personal struggle of seeking protection for herself and her children, Nataline learnt the harsh realities of a legal system that failed to recognise Spiritual Abuse and is now determined that the law provides remedies in cases where it is needed.
As a sought after speaker and international consultant on Spiritual abuse and Domestic violence within religion, Nataline draws from her personal journey of renewal and living in freedom after 14 years spent within a spiritual abusive place of worship in the heart of London.
Her first book, "Wounded Sheep" chronicles this experience and will be released in 2015.

Most pet owners will tell you, hands down, that animals have and experience emotion. Many scientists still don’t accept it, however. We’ve been discussing this question here on Full Power Living, this week bringing you Child Psychology Professor Bill Crain (who is married to a pediatrician. He and his wife also operate a sanctuary for animals, which drew him to write about how animals shed light on the emotions of children, looking at six emotional behaviors that are shared by children and animals.
