Emergency Powers, War, State of Emergency and the Second Amendment

    in Politics

In the First Hour: Dr. Eugene Schroder has found the key to why our Constitutionally guaranteed rights are violated daily. It's the insidious use of "emergency powers" meant to be used only in time of invasion of rebellion.

Dr. Schroder proves with the government's own documents that the Constitution has been effectively set aside since 1933. Eleven presidents, both Democrat and Republican, have used emergency powers for the last 62 years to regulate our daily lives without the inconvenience of Congressional approval. The definition of "emergencies" has been stretched to include economic problems, social imbalances, and perceived threats to the US by any foreign country's actions, even those on other continents.

Senate Report 93-549, written in 1973, says "Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency...Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the president may: seize property;...seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication;...restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens."

The president can act through Executive Order, Presidential Proclamation, or through his many agencies, which include most of the alphabet agencies.

The framers of the Constitution asserted that Americans have certain inalienable, God-given rights. But under emergency rule, all these rights are declared null and void. The government charges us for these rights by requiring licenses and excessive paperwork, with strings attached, as long as restrictive and ill-defined requirements are met.

Dr. Schroder's landmark research is documented in three books: Constitution: Fact or Fiction, War, Central Planning and Corporations & War and Emergency Powers Special Report

In the Second Hour: Kevin and mike will discuss 2A.

Detroit Bankruptcy and Emergency Management. Where is it? Whats Next?

    in Politics Progressive

A federal judge overseeing Detroit's bankruptcy says a lawsuit can go forward challenging Michigan's emergency manager law.

The July bankruptcy filing put a hold on litigation involving Detroit and certain state officials. But Judge Steven Rhodes said Wednesday the lawsuit can proceed as long as it doesn't seek to remove the city's emergency manager, Kevyn Orr.

Rhodes says plaintiffs in that lawsuit have agreed to that condition. The case is pending before another judge in Detroit federal court.

Interop Radio: The Basics of Mindful Management

    in Technology

    Episode 4

There are many ways to manage enterprise I.T. teams. Managers and executives have tried them all, from models based on the military, to "scientific management," to barely organizaed chaos. Now, "mindful management" has become popular because of the qualities it implies in both the team and the team leader. The question for many managers, though, is precisely what we're talking about when we talk about mindful management.

In this enlightening episode, management consultant and noted expert George Colombo will join us to share a primer on the concepts and language of mindful management. George will also be talking about the impact mindful management can have on an organization -- and whether there are any teams that aren't suitable for a mindful approach to management.

George Colombo is an entrepreneur, author, and activist who has worked in and around technology companies for many years. In addition to his other activities, he currently serves as President of the Board of Directors at the Seminole Work Opportunity Program.

Interop 2015 will take place from April 27th through May 1st at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. More information and registration details are available online!

CIVIL UNREST /THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT / FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY / FEMA

    in Religion

The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and the George Bush I and II Administrations. Now President Barak Obama has taken it to a whole new level.

The first targets in any FEMA emergency would be Hispanics and Blacks, the FEMA orders call for them to be rounded up and detained. Next is Tax protesters, demonstrators against government military intervention outside U.S. borders, and people who maintain weapons in their homes are also targets. Operation Trojan Horse is a program designed to learn the identity of potential opponents to martial law. The program lures potential protesters into public forums, conducted by a military "hero" or spiritual leader of the people who advocates survival training. The list of names gathered at such meetings and rallies are computerized and then targeted in case of an emergency.
