Matrix Reimprinting is absolutely the BEST method to use for embracing and making friends with your shadow. When you can go back and work with your younger self at various stages in your past, you can give yourself some healing resources that will change your life. We will demonstrate this with a volunteer "client".
We all have a shadow, or dark side of ourselves, and it creates havoc in our lives when we don’t know how to work with it. It’s the part of us that is based in FEAR, and it tends to sabotage everything we do unless we learn to recognize it, embrace it, and loosen its grip in our lives.
Here are some of the tools our shadow uses:
Projection – this results in lots of blaming and staying a victim.
Defensiveness – our shadow is in charge when our buttons get pushed.
Control – our shadow wants to be in control to feel safe.
Judgment – We judge others for having qualities that we dislike and deny in our own shadow.
Our shadow is also behind the masks we wear. Common masks are People Pleaser, Prince or Princess, the Critic, Energy Vampire, and Drama Queen. We will explore these masks, and you will even begin to recognize your own masks! Getting to know the various parts of yourself is essential.

Humans tend to fear things that are dissimilar, especially when we’ve never been exposed to these things. It is likely just part of human nature to gravitate towards those things in our comfort zones.
This tendency to stick with what we know, doesn’t serve us though. It keeps us trapped in a very small worldview. It limits our choices and options. It breeds disharmony.
In reality, we would all likely be much better off if we faced our fears of those things that are different from us. We’d find life so much easier to navigate if we just learned that diversity isn’t something to avoid, it’s something to embrace.
In this podcast we discover that diversity in people, different skin colors, different cultures, different religions, different opinions, is what makes life interesting. If we were all exactly the same, life would be monotonous. By embracing our differences, instead of trying to make everyone conform to our ways of thinking and acting, we are better able to create much more interesting lives for ourselves.

“A wise lover values not so much the gift of the lover as the love of the giver.” Thomas A Kempis.
When you and I get confused or so arrogant to understand that we should be servants to other people we miss out on the best life has in store for us.
Gary Inrig, Life in His Body shares: Several years ago, two students graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. The highest ranking student in the class was a blind man named Overton and, when he received his honor, he insisted that half the credit should go to his friend, Kaspryzak. They had met one another in school when the armless Mr. Kaspryzak had guided the blind Mr. Overton down a flight of stairs. This acquaintance ripened into friendship and a beautiful example of interdependence. The blind man carried the books which the armless man read aloud in their common study, and thus the individual deficiency of each was compensated for by the other. After their graduation, they planned to practice law together.
5-7 That precious memory triggers another: your honest faith—and what a rich faith it is, handed down from your grandmother Lois to your mother Eunice, and now to you! And the special gift of ministry you received when I laid hands on you and prayed—keep that ablaze! God doesn’t want us to be shy with his gifts, but bold and loving and sensible.
One of the biggest hurdles is to stop comparing what you have to offer (the world) with that other people have to offer the world.
