He has worked on compensation issues on all levels - from executive level compensation development and negotiation to developing entry level salaries in urban environments. He was an Assistant Vice-President with Wells Fargo Bank specializing in human resources management. He was responsible for worldwide staff development for the Bank's Corporate and International Divisions.
