    Balancing your body's ph-level

    in Health

One simple regimen, when made a daily habit, can greatly affect the alkalinity of our cells; known as the building blocks of life.  In fact, there are close to 40 trillion essential building blocks in the average adult's body. With the propensity of sugars, hidden and visible, in our foods, a large portion of our population tends to lean towards acidic rather than alkaline levels.

The fact of the matter is that if our pH levels are not properly balanced we are unable to process essential minerals and nutrients appropriately. PH levels range from 0.0 to 14.0 with a pH of 7.0 considered neutral.  Levels that are above 7.0 are considered alkaline. Levels that fall below 7.0, are considered acidic.  Alkaline levels are desirable and indicative of an oxygen-rich environment, while acidic levels are undesirable and indicative of an oxygen deprived environment which can lead to a host of health issues and concerns.

We will discuss this vital topic on Monday, February 1st @ 3:30 PST.

Blessing Circle... Love as a path to service, service as a path to love.

    in Women

    Our intentions are pure...

SImply Grace honors diversity in faith and experience by providing a sacred space of kindness, compassion, love and hope for humanity. The Blessing Circle is a divine interruption, a gentle reminder of the abundant grace present in our lives. Faith is when we close our eyes and open our hearts...to be vulnerable, to surrender, to trust as we lean back into the arms of grace and God.

Simply Grace Founders Mikki Lessard and Nancy Feth are honored to welcome our dear friend, Minister Kelley D.H. Sawyer to the show today...

Love is who we are. Love is our birthright. Love is a path to service. Service is a path to love...

Today we pause and reflect on love...allowing ourselves to honor the journey of the heart, a journey to enliven our soul. As we step into  the grace of this moment, let us reflect on the relationship between love of self and love of another. Let us take time to honor where we are now, in the fullness, and messiness of life.  Let us take time to trust the journey of our lives and the movement of divine love and grace. Minister Kelley D. H. Sawyer joins us this morning to offer a reflection on love, and blessing for ourselves and humanity.

The moment faith becomes a reality in our vision, we begin to see the invisible, believe the impossible, and do the incredible...breathing grace into our hearts and our very being. Grace is the light, the love, the hope, the faith that fills each of our souls with peace. Moment by moment notice the extraordinary, life is a beautiful wonder...feel its divine miracle.  This is Simply Grace...

Learning Life Lessons About Relationships With Your Pet (EXPERT)

    in Pets

Learning Life Lessons With Your Pet  © Judy Helm Wright wwww.AnimalHumanConnection.com

Our family used to think we needed to focus on teaching and training our pets. Actually, it was the other way around.  While we were concerned that they know about  “sit” “shake hands” and “fetch” they already knew all the important stuff in life like loyalty, kindness and love. We were blessed with the animal wisdom they shared with us

This week we will focus on relationships:

    Protect your loved ones
Be loyal to your pack members
After a conflict, shake it off and let it go
Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don’t say it in a mean way
Sometimes the best idea when it gets stressful is to close your eyes and ignore it
Love unconditionally without expecting anything in return
Don’t keep score of who does what for whom. You make the first move
Be open to being loved & accepted. Why wouldn’t someone like you?
Enjoy compliments and pats on the back
Greet your family with the same excitement I greet you.
Watch for non-verbal cues to gauge the character of visitors
If someone is mean to animals, they are not worth associating with
Understand the true value of a good friend. Friendship is the basis for all relationships
When someone is having a bad day, just sit close by quietly and listen
Be kind to those who may never have a treat for you
Never, ever lie or be unfaithful to those who love and trust you
