Philip Zelinger, the President of Ad Agency Online, LLC, and a former auto dealer, discovered Bull Dog Marketing several years ago when he was interviewing preferred vendors for his auto dealer clients. Their evolution into a more technology driven platform with proprietary algorithms that analyze an auto dealer's DMS and delivers personlaized equity and service alerts to qualified customers warranted their name change to Driving Loyalty.
Thier solution improves customer retention and loyalty by providing relevant transparent information to customers before, dutring and after their vehicle purchase. They rely on emails, direct mail, personalized websites, (PURL's), and an outsourced outbound call center to deliver their messages in a consistent and timely manner. Most recently they added social media to the mix with their Social Marketing Inititaive.
Other vendor partners have joined Driving Loyalty in a B2B extension of their social marketing intiative including CallRevu, IntellaCar, DealerAppvantage and OfferLogix. Phil will also discuss their shared content curation service Social Marketing Solutions

Dr. Cathy Reimers, Ph.D., psychologist in New Jersey, and co-host Jennifer Russello, parent in New Jersey, discuss the alarming trend of Mothers who have reached their psychological limit and end up killing their children. This is a topic that has been recently splashed across the media and news showing Moms driving their cars, SUV’s and minivans into bodies of water in an attempt to kill themselves with their children. What causes such extreme behavior to commit such heinous acts? Can stress cause this? We will examine the startling statistics of Moms who kill their children, the underlying causes, and what can be done to help prevent American mothers from driving their families into the "Perfect Family Storm."
More than 4 in 10 teens admit to texting while driving, and those that do are more likely to engage in other risks while driving.
If your teen texts while driving, chances are he or she also practices other dangerous motor vehicle habits — including failing to buckle up and driving after they have been drinking, a new federal analysis finds.
In 2011, 45% of all students 16 and older reported that they had texted or e-mailed while driving during the past 30 days, says the study by researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and reported in June's Pediatrics, released online today.
Teens who texted while driving were five times more likely than those who didn't to drive when they had been drinking alcohol. And the more they texted the worse their seat belt habit. Teens who texted every day while driving during the past month were more than 40% more likely to not always wear their seat belts than were teens who engaged in texting while driving once or twice in the past 30 days.
It's not surprising that kids who take such risks in one area may be more likely to take risks in other areas, says CDC Director Thomas Frieden.
"But the big picture is that the greatest single risk to teenagers in this country is getting hurt or killed in a motor vehicle crash; that's the most likely thing to result in their death," he says. "And texting while driving makes teen driving even more dangerous."

Keng El Bey and Chief Noble go in on the question of driving withoout a license, motor vehicle tegistration and travelling vs driving.
Right to Travel
DESPITE ACTIONS OF POLICE AND LOCAL COURTS,
HIGHER COURTS HAVE RULED THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS
HAVE A RIGHT TO TRAVEL WITHOUT STATE PERMITS
By Jack McLamb (from Aid & Abet Newsletter)
For years professionals within the criminal justice system have acted on the belief that traveling by motor vehicle was a privilege that was given to a citizen only after approval by their state government in the form of a permit or license to drive. In other words, the individual must be granted the privilege before his use of the state highways was considered legal. Legislators, police officers, and court officials are becoming aware that there are court decisions that disprove the belief that driving is a privilege and therefore requires government approval in the form of a license.
Contracting with varirous quasi govermental agencies has converted a right into a privilege i.e Social Security, B.M.V. Break the contract and understand the law!!!!!!
Your always aware host once again provokes the right by pointing out that John Boehner is stupid (nice color though), Dick Cheney is dangerous (especiallyi f you hunt with him), and the rest of the Koch-suckers in DC are on recess...business as usual. Faux News goes into a blather when the President sat to watch some of the World Cup and proves once again that it doesn't matter what he does, thinks or tries, the questionable motives behind intransigent morality comes from the Groucho song line from 'Duck Soup',"whatever it is, I'm against it". The party of NO continues to justify blatant obstructionism behind a veil of christianity, allegations and frivolity with the constitution that borders on comical...if it weren't so damn dangerous.
Today's Lunch With Phil show, hosted by Philip Zelinger the President of Ad Agency Online, will discuss the use of social media by Driving Loyalty to support their data base marketing system.
Automotive advertising agencies must combine the old with the new in an ever changing technology driven marketplace. Phil uses Driving Loyalty's newly announced Social Marketing Initiative as an example of a next generation vendor that is combining established marketing methods and media with consumer driven social media to extend the reach, frequency and influence of their auto dealer client's marketing messages.
Driving Loyalty uses email, direct mail, PURL's and an outbound call center to deliver equity and service alerts to qualified customers in an auto dealers DMS. Their social marketing initiative provides a B2C and B2B platform to enhance their solution for dealers and leverage relationships with other likeminded vendors to attract new business.
Networking vendors partnering with Driving Loyalty include CallRevu, IntellaCar, DealerAppVantage and OfferLogix.
Defensive driving courses teach drivers of all ages how to drive safely to avoid accidents. One of the most predominate problems a defensive driving course tries to eliminate is distracted driving. Over the last few years, I am sure the majority of us would agree that cell phones have become one of the biggest distractions for all drivers. We all know of the potential and dangerous out come, yet we continue to use these unsafe driving habits.
