Carolyn Yeager looks at two outstanding Germans named Manfred Roeder: one a military judge who prosecuted some of the most damaging wartime traitors against the Third Reich; the other who served as a teenager during the war and later became the post-war federal republic's "most dangerous and notorious critic." The second Roeder died recently without much fanfare.
Also, the truth about the false story of one of the most famous massacres of WWI - claiming to be a German atrocity against Belgians - is uncovered by a German historian.
Carolyn Yeager discusses a number of subjects, beginning with Dr. Rudolf Frercks “Racial Policy of National-Socialism.” Also on the agenda are:
Confusion as to who is the enemy;
"White Nationalist" Richard Spencer teams up with anti-White Alexander Dugin;
Copyrights and copy-cats - the saga of the Platterhof speech and more.
I'll take phone calls during the show. The call-in number is 323-642-1206.

Dr. Gordon Edwards and Natalie-Marie Hart discuss Hiroshima marked the 69th anniversary of the U.S. atomic bombing on Wednesday August 6, 1945 and we also talk about how Nuclear power technology produces materials that are active in producing radiation and are therefore called "radioactive". These materials can come into contact with people through small releases during routine plant operation, accidents in nuclear power plants, accidents in transporting radioactive materials, and escape of radioactive wastes from confinement systems.
Gordon Edwards was born in Canada in 1940, and graduated from the University of Toronto in 1961 with a gold medal in Mathematics and Physics and a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship. In 1972, he obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Queen’s University. From 1970 to 1974, he was the editor of Survival magazine and in 1975 he co-founded the Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility, and has been its president since 1978. Edwards has worked widely as a consultant on nuclear issues and has been qualified as a nuclear expert by courts in Canada and elsewhere. Dr. Edwards has written articles and reports on radiation standards, radioactive wastes, uranium mining, nuclear proliferation, the economics of nuclear power, non-nuclear energy strategies. He has worked as consultant for governmental bodies such as the Auditor General of Canada, the Select Committee on Ontario Hydro Affairs, and the Ontario Royal Commission on Electric Power Planning. In 2006, Edwards received the Nuclear-Free Future Award. He is a teacher of mathematics at Vanier College in Montreal.
Carolyn Yeager turns for the second time to scrutinizing Adolf Hitler's so-called “Platterhof speech” which continues to be distorted by certain parties as regards his words on “race.” Far from being the Fuehrer's “most important speech,” he begins it with these words:
“Gentlemen, even though I am sure this has been discussed already, I would nevertheless like to point out the reason for the course I have taken.”
In other words, there is nothing new in this speech. Carolyn puts the entire anti-German agenda behind this dishonest 'Platterhof campaign' in perspective.

POPSspot Sports Radio welcomes sports icon, activist, and educator Dr. Harry Edwards. He is an Emeritus Professor at the University of California at Berkeley (UCB) best known for co-engineering the “Revolt of the Black Athlete” in the late 1960’s that included organizing and leading The Olympic Project for Human Rights (OPHR) which made three central demands, and ultimately evolved into the famous fist protest by John Carlos and Tommie Smith at the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City. In 1971 Edwards earned his Ph.D. from Cornell and became a sociology professor at UC Berkeley. While there he developed the field of race and the sociology of sport.
While best known for his roles in activism, athletics, and the academy (see fuller bio here) fewer are aware that he was born in East St. Louis and grew up not far from where Michael Brown was killed. The interview took place on Monday while I was in Ferguson to view the military trucks, helicopters, canons, and tear gas for myself (when able to see). Part 1 of our interview can also be found in simplest written form at POPSspot.com:
