Faith was the break out star of Valiant's Harbinger. A psionically gifted “psiot” she has always aspired to greatness. Now this once-ordinary teenager is taking control of her destiny and becoming the hard-hitting hero she’s always known she can be – complete with a mild-mannered secret identity, unsuspecting colleagues, and a day job as a reporter that routinely throws her into harm’s way! Well, at least she thought it would… When she’s not typing up listicles about cat videos, Faith makes a secret transformation to patrol the night as the City of Angels’ own leading superhero – the sky-soaring Zephyr! But flying solo is going to be tougher than she ever thought.

This Monday is a brand new episode of Graphic Policy Radio and joining us are the team behind the webcomic Bash Back. The comic is described as "a story of the Queer Mafia" from the minds and creativity of writers Kelsey Hercs and Lawrence Gullo and artist Fyodor Pavlov. The webcomic is updated each Monday.
After thousands of years of bloodshed, torment, and ridicule, now is the time to take what is ours. Bash Back comic is a cathartic, hyper-violent, contemporary queer revenge fantasy.
Kelsey Hercs is a playwright and performer based in New York City. Bash Back is her first foray into writing for comics, and she is thrilled that this project is the one she's cutting her comic-writing teeth on.
Russian emigre Fyodor Pavlov is a freelance illustrator, comic artist and smut peddler. In print, Pavlov’s work can be found in Sherlock Holmes Mystery Magazine, The Ouroboros Cycle, Queerotica: A Comics Anthology, and more. His latest comics foray is the art of Bash Back. Together with his husband and creative partner Lawrence Gullo, he co-directs Dr. Sketchy's NYC, throws costume parties and raises a very spoiled cat.
Lawrence Gullo - Writer, colorist, and graphic design for Bash Back. Artist and performance artist. Speaker on transgender issues.

On Firday @ 7:30 EST Join me and experts as we discuss DV at blogtalk.com/blogtalkusa or call in (347) 855-8118. Domestic Violence against women should be viewed as violence against the community. We should see men’s violence against women as not stemming from individual pathology, but rather from a socially reinforced sense of entitlement. Continuously viewing this problem from an individual standpoint will never heal a nation. We must cut at the roots of the problem and not at the branches! We must reexamine the methods and assumptions in which men and women are educated about preventing and stopping Domestic Violence.

Politicians during election periods in their campaigns always promise to do better and offer workable policies upon forming government. However, is this a reality or simply campaign jargon, because the case for Zambia has shown that in an economy solely dependant on a donor funded budget and major industries owned by foreign multi nationals the major questions needing attention is that; What is Zambia's economic policy? Do Zambia's political parties present any economic ideologies to argue their quest for State House? Join our power packed ZBTR round table team.
