"Forgiveness," "Can forgiveness make the world a more peaceful place? A documentary film project on the healing power of forgiveness." "Forgiveness," A Documentary is the newest endeavor of Montreal filmmaker Rafal Zielinski. Forgiveness is an independent film, which is the sister to "Tiger Within." Rafal is best known for directing films such as "Fun" (Sundance Film Festival Special Jury Award) Written by Gina Wendkos. Also, joining us today is Katie Frankenbach, PR for the documentary film, Forgiveness. What is a person’s capacity to forgive? And when should someone be unable to? Our hope is to spread the message of forgiveness in schools all over the country and hopefully, all over the world. We hope to ignite a spark that can spread the truth that forgiveness may be the light that outshines war. Our project is an exploration of forgiveness through a documentary film featuring interviews with thinkers of various backgrounds. It is also our homework for a dramatic feature film, TIGER WITHIN. The 2013 World Series starts tonight in Bosotn Finway Park.
Bob Stanley’s wild pitch allowed the Mets to tie the score, setting up for arguably the most painful moment in Red Sox history. A ground ball to first baseman Bill Buckner, who was only in the game because manager John McNamara wanted Buckner to be on the field when the Sox won the World Series, saw the ball go through his legs, allowing Ray Knight to score from second base and win the game. Babe Ruth. The team tanked in the 1919 season, the Babe was traded to the Yankees and the rest is history—decades of mediocrity, a few tastes of glory, but 86 years of championship drought.Just like in ’75, the Red Sox took a 3-0 lead into the sixth inning of Game 7, but the Mets rallied to stun the Red Sox and take the World Series; the bizarre finish to 1986 helped breathe fire into the idea of the “Curse of the Bambino.” BG
