The show promotes and discusses the ideas of freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of freedom in America.

Praying Through the Bible #80
TEXT: Isaiah 37:1-4
Today, we come to a narrative portion of the book of the prophet Isaiah. This portion of Isaiah has to do with King Hezekiah of Judah. Hezekiah was the sixteenth king of Judah. He reigned during the time of the divided kingdom, when Israel had her own king and Judah had her own king. For the most part, Hezekiah was a good king who led the nation in the proper worship of God. The Bible says that Hezekiah "did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that David his father did...He trusted in the Lord God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him. For he clave to the Lord, and departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses."
Hezekiah was a good king who ruled his kingdom well. However, Isaiah informs us that one day, Hezekiah received some bad news.
1. Hezekiah receives bad news. The Bible says, "And it came to pass, when king Hezekiah heard it..." What did King Hezekiah hear? If we flip back to Isaiah 37, we find that the King of Assyria was on a war campaign in the region.
2. Hezekiah responds to the bad news. Verse 1 of our passage tells us that not only did Hezekiah tear his clothes and cover himself in sackcloth, but he also "went into the house of the Lord."
3. Hezekiah obtains reinforcement against the bad news. Hezekiah sends some of his officials to inform Isaiah about what is going on. They tell Isaiah "It may be the Lord thy God will hear the words of Rab-sha-keh...and will reprove the words which the Lord thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer for the remnant that is left."

Brenda Cherry's Change.org petition has already received over 100,000 signatures, but felony charges have yet to be dropped for Joquan Wallace, a student and accomplished athlete at Paris High School in Texas. Wallace received permission from his teacher to use the restroom, but ended up with a trip to the emergency room, two felony charges, and potential loss of sports scholarships. According to numerous witness, Wallace was the victim, not the perpetrator. What happened and what can be done?
POPSspot welcomes Brenda Cherry, President and Co-Founder of Concerned Citizens for Racial Equality, who is fighting to get the felony charges dropped and allow Joquan to graduate with his sister. Similar incidents and institutional racism are nothing new in Paris, Texas. We will also be joined by Creola Cotton, mother of ShaQuanda Cotton the 14 year-old who made national headlines in 2007 after shoving a hall monitor and receiving an initial prison sentence for 7 years. We will get an update on ShaQuanda's case and current status, and how we can support efforts to combat the school-to-prison pipeline.
So here we are comin in on the heels of yesterdays Steven James Experience. I'm a little worried we won't be able to top the serial masturbator in the chat room yesterday. The Pyramids and the Pentagonis a detailed study of how and why government agencies have, for decades, taken a clandestine and profound interest in numerous archeological, historical, and religious puzzles.
Focusing primarily upon the classified work of the U.S. Government, The Pyramids and the Pentagoninvites you to take a wild ride into the fog-shrouded past. It's a ride that incorporates highlights such as:
The CIA's top-secret files on Noah's Ark
U.S. Army documents positing that the Egyptian Pyramids were constructed via levitation
Disturbing military encounters with Middle Eastern djinns
Claims of nuclear warfare in ancient India
Links between the Face on Mars and the pharaohs
And many more
Nick Redfern's The Pyramids and the Pentagon clearly and provocatively demonstrates that deep and dark conspiracies exist within the shadowy world of officialdom--conspiracies that have the ability to rock the foundations of civilization, religion, and history to their very core. The strange and amazing secrets of the past are just a heavily guarded government vault away.

On May 31, 2014, SLENDERMAN went from fictional Internet meme to household word when two 12 year-old Wisconsin girls lured a friend into the woods and stabbed her 19 times in an effort to earn the favor of the faceless, elongated, dark-suited figure. A few days later, an emotionally disturbed 13 year-old girl near Cincinnati attacked her mother with a knife in their kitchen in the guise of Slenderman.
These real life homages are all the more disturbing because the creation of the character is readily traceable to writer Eric "Victor Surge" Knudsen on the "Something Awful" Internet forum in 2009. But as the most powerful memes do, this one seeped into the very fiber of online culture to the extent that five years later young girls were willing to kill for it.
Interestingly, AMHRadio was ahead of the Slenderman Zeitgeist. On the March 11, 2014 episode with documentary filmmakers JOSH ZEMAN and RACHEL MILLS, whose urban legend films CROPSEY and KILLER LEGENDS expose the terrifying truths behind the myths, we discussed the the Slenderman meme, with Zeman uniquely declaring the character to be the very personification of the Internet.
Now Zeman and Mills return to discuss developments in the Slenderman saga and what may lie ahead.
