This is a re-broadcast of former bethel worker Joan Cetnar. She shares how she and her husband Bill Cetnar exited the world headquarters of the Jehovah's Witnesses which they served at for 8 years under then President Nathan Knorr. Joan was an heiress who was disowned from her mother's will because of her exit from the Jehovah's Witnesses and she shares many stories of what happened during her and Bill (who had since passed away) during this program. Together they had organized an annual convention still going on today called the Witnesses Now For Jesus Convention. More info about the convention being held September 26-28th 2014 at this link: http://wnfj-v2.com/ They were featured on the John Ankerberg show and you can see that at this link: http://youtu.be/gE3008IjUew Get their book on Amazon "Questions for Jehovah's Witnesses Who Love the truth" at http://www.amazon.com/Questions-Jehovahs-Witnesses-William-Cetnar/dp/0875521622
Tonight, on a heretical edition of the Never Daunted Radio Network, we come back from a short, snowy hiatus to share tales of the shocking, sad and generally ridiculous. First up, from our own backyard, two women have been charged in the recent stabbing deaths of two young children at a Germantown townhouse -- in what Maryland police said was an attempt at an exorcism. We'll look at the details and talk about how religion screws up everything.
Next, while we're on the topic of religious screwing, a nun who said she had no idea she was pregnant gave birth in Italy this week after she felt stomach cramps in her convent and was rushed to hospital. Nuns don't usually have sex, and by usually, I mean pretty much never. So we'll take a look at her story and openly wonder what wicked webs a penguin weaves...
Later, because people aren't ridiculous enough, a Nigerian woman publicly disowned her cat whom she had kept as a pet for seven years for what she termed "an unnatural sexual behavior" which she finds disturbing and "a contradiction of the laws of nature." In other words, she wants to get rid of her cat...because she believes it's gay. We'll have fun with that one.
And finally, from the #DontBeDumb (maybe) File: A man suspected of robbing a GameStop in Nashville only wanted to stop as long as necessary, so he called the store in advance and asked employees to hold the items he planned to steal...which they did, and he did. We'll see what happened, and why the thief might be smarter than we'd like.
All this and more, tonight on the Never Daunted Radio Network!

Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in the same city as your parents, see them at the Food Lion and they walk right past you?
No Easter dinners, Christmas presents or family vacations together.
Helen knows this feeling too well.
For years she has been estranged from her parents. Not by choice. This was their decision. She longs to speak to them, touch them or better yet, hug them. But this is against their beliefs.
Helen was raised a devout Jehovah Witness. In her home they did not believe in holidays or birthdays, were against military service and blood transfusions and limited their interaction with non Witnesses.
When Helen became an adult she decided that being a Jehovah Witness was not for her. She converted to Christ. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour. her parents have not talked to her in over 20 years.
Members who leave are considered disassociated and are also shunned.
Listen as Nicole Cleveland interviews Helen about her courageous faith and her determination to keep going with or without her parents.
Listen as I chat with Pastor Vicki Coward of Vicki Coward Ministries ( Agape Intl Ministries ) based in Richmond, Virginia and her daughter Jazmine about Girl Talk, which takes place every 4th Friday of the month.

We all have parts of ourselves that we reject to the point that we are unwilling to look at them. We disown these qualities and characteristics, refusing to see them in ourselves but often becoming critical of them in others. In fact, the qualities of others that most irritate us are often the very same qualities we have disowned in ourselves.
The problem is that coming to spiritual awakening requires integrating those disowned parts of ourselves. It's not a comfortable process and there are defense mechanisms (primarily the ego) in place that will fight against our integration. What are we to do?
Have you ever felt like there wasn't a place for you? Or that you were constantly competing for a spot...changing who you are...just to get a spot? Then when you get a spot you realize that you're still not happy? Have you felt disowned by God or that not even God included or accepted you? Join us this week as we discuss the 3D world of "musical chairs" as well as some "upgraded" 5D possibilities!
3rd Friday of each Month 2-3 p.m. PDT Dispelling Wetiko - Breaking the Curse of Evil with Author Paul Levy "Dispelling Wetiko is one of those rare, courageous books that leads us where we would prefer not to go: into the depths of our own shadow. Yet this is the most essential journey for our present time....It is a must read, without a doubt." - Caroline Myss, author of Anatomy of the Spirit
"This book brilliantly exposes how the very roots of the madness that is threatening life on earth are ultimately to be found within our own psyche….Paul's work… stimulates me to greater heights of lucidity, disturbs me enough to awaken me out of my complacency, and encourages me to fly on the wings of the creative imagination. The world would be a better place if everyone read this book." - Sting
There is a contagious psychospiritual disease, a parasite of the mind, that is currently being acted out en masse on the world stage via a collective psychosis of titanic proportions. This mind-virus the Native Americans have called "wetiko". Will our disowned and projected shadow destroy our species, or will it, in fact,

My guest this week is Teresa Morrow and we will be discussing her book "Disowned: A Journey of Transformation from Abandonment to Healing".
Trying to heal from a broken relationship with a family member or friend? Although it may have been years since a relationship has been broken, you can heal from it starting today. And even if the broken relationship does not resolve itself, you can discover a better and healthier place within yourself which will enable you to develop more successful relationships with others going forward in your life. When you are in a state of abandonment resulting from being separated from a loved one, you are overwhelmed with a rollercoaster of emotions. Working through the stages of grief you can begin to define a new sense of self and find the way toward healing yourself and possibly the broken relationship. In this book, DISOWNED: A Journey of Transformation from Abandonment to Healing, author Teresa Morrow, shares her experiences toward healing after her father disowned her for dating an older man from another race. Devastated by the disownment, she chronicles her journey going through the stages of grief where she discovered new things about herself she never knew existed; self-love, courage and support within herself. Teresa Morrow's journey from abandonment to healing is one that many of us can relate to, but how many of us have made the transformation to actually healing the wounds created by abandonment and betrayal. We will discuss her new book - Disowned - and hear the lessons she learned from her experience.
The term “secret self” generally applies to secret primary selves because the disowned selves are by definition kept secret. From our understanding, a secret primary self is a self that operates on a regular basis in our life like any other primary self but in this case we are unaware that it is operating. This makes it even more powerful, and difficult to uncover, than an ordinary primary self. A disowned self is always breaking through – as though it were breaking out of prison - and making us do things that we don’t ordinarily do. In contrast, the secret primary self is always operating. An example of this would be a man who prides himself on being a kind, loving and giving person but behind the scenes he is always controlling people by being nice and yet has no idea that he is doing this. In this case control itself is the secret primary. This same man might have a secret inner patriarch filled with rules for proper behavior in him and others but consciously he has no idea it is active in his life on an ongoing basis. His family and friends may well know it, but the carrier of the secret self can remain blind to it for a lifetime.
Growing up in a prosperous neighborhood, B. Morrison was taught that poverty was a product of laziness and public assistance programs only rewarded irresponsibility. However, when her marriage soured, she abruptly found herself an impoverished single mother. Disowned by her parents and facing destitution for herself and her two small sons, she was forced to accept the handout so disdained by her parents and their world: welfare. This dramatic memoir tells how one woman finds and grasps the lifeline that ultimately enables her to become independent
Join us to talk about this amazing story... and the book as well as other books Morrison has written
Simple Questions: Who do you judge? Who pushes your buttons? Believe it or not these same people are our teachers. They are, in effect, holding up a mirror showing us the exact aspects of ourselves that we have disowned and need to embrace in our journey back into wholeness and unconditional self-love. Join PAGE hosts, Marielle and Jannie, as they talk with Darryl Gurney. (Please be patient with the audio - it clears up at the 15 minute mark). He will explain the energetic dynamics that have us repeatedly drawing in the people that challenge us the most and also see how these unresolved dynamics can sabotage our relationships, contribute to illness, compromise our self-worth and hijack our ability to make conscious choices. You can call in to ask questions and discover what YOUR shadows are! This show is worth the listen!
