Another World Finals Charlotte in the books. It was a great trip for the Low Down and Dirty gang. We didn't see as much racing as we wanted but what we did see was crazy.
One guy that enjoyed the trip was sprint car driver Chase Dietz from Central PA. Chase posted this yesterday "It was an amazing experience being able to race at the WoO World Finals. The atmosphere was like none other." We can't agree more. Chase will be with us to talk about his Charlotte experience in the Scott Gobrecht #44.
Show will be broadcast from Corporate Headquarters in downtown Bechtelsville PA.
Tune in at 8pm Tuesday night.
This week we will be having a return guest on the show. But this time he returns as your 2015 USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Champion. Robert Madman Ballou will join us to recap his drive for the championship which was wrapped up Saturday at USA Raceway Tucson, AZ.
Next up we keep the wingless sprint cars guests coming and this guest is a return guest also minus his modified. Johnny Cornell has traded in the sheet metal and gone sprint car racing in the new wingless series at the New Egypt Speedway. He is going to tell us all about it.
Also on the show we will have Brett Deyo promoter of the Short Track Super Series. He will be highlighting the Gobbler coming up on Saturday, November 28.
Jim Beaver and the Down & Dirty Radio Show are bringing you international superstar Ken Block to the air. Ken will be talking about his newly released Gymkhana spinoff Footkhana with soccer superstar Neymar Jr., his 2014 schedule, and what he has been up to this off-season. We'll also have motorsport personality Jarod DeAnda calling in to talk all things off-road and action motorsports. Also on tap is full coverage of Lucas at Lake Elsinore, TORC at Charlotte, SCORE at Imperial Valley, Supercross from new Jersey, and Rally America from Oregon. #GameOn
When you hear the name Mike Heffner you think of 410 sprint cars, ARDC Midgets and SpeedSTR owner. All of that is true. But in the other world of Mike Heffner he is know as "Heff". In that world he is the President of Lelands is the largest and most respected Sports Auction House in the world. He is recognized as one of the top experts in the field of sports memorabilia as well as being universally well liked. So well respected in fact Mike has consulted for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on fakes and frauds in the industry of sports memorabilia.
Well we are going to talk racing with Mike Tuesday night and get his take on dirt track racing and his new affiliation with Selinsgrove Speedway in 2016. Tune in I'm sure we will have plenty to talk about.
The Low Down and Dirty team was represented well at the 34th Annual Four Crown Nationals. Eric and Whippy drove out to the famous Eldora Speedway to take in the action. Hear all about it on the show along with first hand reports on all the racing.
Striaght off his win at Eldora Speedway Friday night we have Greg Wilson, who lives just 80 miles northwest from the track, held off Rico Abreu and Shane Stewart to win his first career World of Outlaws race at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio.
And we will have another big winner from Saturday night Thomas Meseraull bringing home his first USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car victory at Eldora. T-Mez brought the Amati Racing 66 to victory lane in style and he will be with us to talk all about it.
t ranks among the most famous words in all of motorsports, somewhere between "Gentlemen, start your engines," and "Andretti is slowing down at Indy."
Anyone who has attended a World of Outlaws race in the past decade or listened to the races on dirtvision.com knows what we mean. "You wanted the best, you got 'em, four abreast, often imitated, never duplicated, the greatest show on dirt, the Woooorld of Oooooutlaws."
That is right Johnny Gibson gives his trademark introduction moments before the drop of the green flag. He will be with us to talk about World Finals in Charlotte along with his great career of announcing motorsports.
Our second guest is the announcer of the Super DIRTCar Series Modifieds and the weekly announcer at Brewerton and Canandaigua speedways has a certain way about him that has his fans in his corner every night. Shane Andrews has a style that makes him different, not just in the way he describes a race, but in the way he holds a crowd together, engages with the fans, and the sense of humor he invokes at almost every turn. A great talent in and outside the booth. You know he will be up on the chip getting ready for World Finals, should be a great interview folks.

Another year in the books for Linda's Speedway National Open. We will have Michael Batz on to tell us all that went down in this three day show for 270 & 600 Micro Sprints.
