Building Social Capital via House Parties

    in Real Estate

Today on "It's My House" on how to build your "Social Capital" by organizing "house parties".  House parties are not the only "social" event that you can organize, you can also organize "brunches", "teas", "dinners", "block parties", "bbq's", or anything that you would like to call it.

A fast way to build your network is to have "no pressure" social events.  Organizing "cruises" would be a more involved social event, but it is a powerful social event.

In any event please call in and offer your comments andd suggestions on how to organize a social event that will help you build social capital.

Valentine's Day is here and with the endless ads for chocolates, roses, romantic dinners bombarding us it's hard to avoid this sweetheart holiday. And maybe you shouldn't. But instead of fretting over what to buy your beau or cursing the fact that your currently single, I challenge you to make the most of February 14 and everyday after by giving love and affection to the one person almost everyone neglects:YOURSELF! That's right-I want you to show some serious self-love this year.

If you ever wondered why you give and give, and still fell under-appreciated and under-loved, then start off by LOVING YOURSELF FIRST and see what a different it will make and bring to your body, mind and spirit.

Handling Love without getting Love Handles

This week, I will talk about the way people tend to fall in love and fall off the fitness wagon.  Dates usually consist of alcohol, high carb dinners and movies with candy and greasy popcorn. I will discuss different ways that you can get involved in staying healthy together without making the other person feel like you’re not happy with who they are or how they look. I welcome callers to get involved in the discussion.

Social Capital Party Of 12 Funding

    in Real Estate

Today on "It's My House" we shall discuss how home purchases and even house building can be done using the concepts of

    Time Banks
    Revolving Funding
    House Parties
    Meet ups
    Coffee, Tea, or Coco

We shall use the basic concept of "helping 10 -12 become home owners, that in that process you can become a debt free home owner yourself.  It can be a fun process as well. Example: You can organize "Home Buyer Parties" or "Home Builder Parties". This can be a very simple and fun way to network, meet home building partners, and own your own home free and clear of debt.

    THEMANMINDSET.com Dating help for men

    in Romance

Our radio show is more than just making self-proclamations of being "real" men, it's a state of mind and a way of life. First and foremost, we do not hate ladies. But we cant stand the 98% of women out there who feel entitled for free drinks and dinners. Although we are brutally honest and unyielding in our views on soft males, single mothers, and mad black women, we do not promote hating or completely disrespecting women. However, we DO hate and disrespect is the never-ending BS that too many men have to go through on a daily basis when dealing with most women and society. In other words, we have no problem expressing absolute contempt towards any irrational, disrespectful, and/or unrealistic behavior or attitude that is normally portrayed by women. We are feverishly working to put an end to all of that.
