Tarah Davidson is a wife, a mom of a 2 year old, certified specialist in fitness nutrition, meal preparer, nutrition counselor, fitness blogger for AFAMtoday.com and owner of Physical Vitality health and wellness. She started this business due to her own journey. She has an autoimmune disease that is considered semi rare and often called "the silent killer". After being diagnosed with over 20 disabilities and given 23 medications, it was time for a change. Tarah decided to properly educate herself about vitamins, food and exercise. Doctors wanted to give a new medicine every week with more tests, but she decided that she wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. She understood that without these changes, she could meet an early death. Tarahs' goal is to help others understand so they will live longer and healthier. "I do not only want to be a teacher, I am a student always learning". A slow start is still a start. She focuses on the importance of nutrition because it is the basis of our lives. She specializes in pre and postnatal fitness due to her own experience with diastasis recti (abdominal separation) after childbirth via c-section. She is dedicated to improving her clients' health and wellness through weight training, cardio, nutrition counseling and a regimented clean diet. Her goal is to encourage and empower!

Kate tries to get rid of them before Bella scares the yoga pants off her students. Instead, the three form an unlikely friendship.
One night Kate finds George’s body behind her studio. The police dismiss his murder as a drug-related street crime, but she knows George wasn’t a dealer. So Kate starts digging into George’s past while also looking for someone to adopt Bella before she’s sent to the big dog park in the sky. With the murderer nipping at her heels, Kate has to work fast or her next Corpse Pose may be for real.
