Plenty of news coverage resulted from recent State of Arizona execution of Joseph R. Wood by lethal injection. Joining Mike and Thane will be inviting a organizer to talk about current issues and events relative to capital punishment. The Governor Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona has been industrious in obtaining the drugs needed to kill people sentenced to the death penalty. In Arizona 8 people have been sentenced to death and subsequently released due to their actual innocence. The pending child abuse case against Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson has brought spanking, a common form of child discipline used by parents, back into public scrutiny.
"By the the time they reach adolescence, 85 percent of the nation's children will have been, at one point or another, spanked," Dr. Alan Kazdin, a psychologist at Yale University told ABC News.

Tonight at 8pm ET on Ernest Radio Network, it's The Ernest Experience Radio Show - REWIND.
Ernest is joined by his bevy of beauties, including Ms. Teri, and Momo B., to talk about a few things. First up, Toni Braxton recently said her son as autism because God punished her for having an abortion in the past. We think that's bull, but what do you think?
Also, workers at a cotton gin in Tennessee are complaining about the owners being racist (it's pretty bad). Ms. Teri leads the conversation on this one.
Also, no listening lounge tonight, but we do have NPR news at the top of both hours, weather.com 3-day forecast at the top of the 2nd hour, and great music from Toni Braxton throughout the show.

12 Are You not from everlasting, O LORD my God, my Holy One? We shall not die. O LORD, You have appointed them for judgment; O Rock, You have marked them for correction. 13 You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously, And hold Your tongue when the wicked devours A person more righteous than he?
14 Why do You make men like fish of the sea, Like creeping things that have no ruler over them?
15 They take up all of them with a hook, They catch them in their net, And gather them in their dragnet. Therefore they rejoice and are glad. 16 Therefore they sacrifice to their net, And burn incense to their dragnet; Because by them their share is sumptuous And their food plentiful. 17 Shall they therefore empty their net, And continue to slay nations without pity?

In today's radio show, we step out of the world of Biometrics and into the much broader spectrum of Internet Security. There is no doubt that today, online threats, risks, and hacks are fast becoming the norm. Very often, online businesses become targets of sophisticated fraud rings and may not even know that they have been hit, or become the victim of a cyber related crime, until it is too late. At this point, the damage is done, and the brand reputation that took so long to build up can disappear in a flash. What is an online business to do? Obviously, keeping up with the latest in cybercrime is a full time task and businesses need a layered approach, including one that looks at the actual device being used to connect to the business (such as a mobile phone, tablet or computer).
But, thanks to a revolutionary service called "ReputationManager 360" from Portland-based iovation, online businesses can now stay ahead of the bad guys. How is this done? Well, with iovation’s device reputation service, you can now find out the source of the cyber threat, and what device or group of devices, is causing the threat.
Listen in to this radio show to find how you can finally protect your business from the bad guys!!!
Tonight, Yara will be talking with Polow Don about his debut novel, Cutthroat.
Polow Don has seen his share of betrayal, violence, and definetly drama in his young years. He is currently focused on transitioning from criminal to number 1 bestseller. Experiencing the life of a criminal, indulging in everything from drug dealing to even armed robbery, Polow was tired of living a life of negativity and wanted a way out. He soon found a way, through his unique way he had with words. He began writing poetry as a way to express himself and get away from the world. Only 19, and still transitioning from childhood to manhood, Polow ran in trouble with the law for armed robbery . Receiving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit did not detour him from wanting to change. It only made him realize where he was going wrong. He needed to remove the negative things and people from his life in order for positivity to enter it.

“In the spirit of advocating for an informed public, I encourage you to carefully assess the arguments offered by the bill’s opponents. To my mind, they are driven by a punishment first ideology, rather than any fact-based assessment.” Whyman (Oct., 2014)
