WoMRadio - sharing the wisdom of women.
Discover “Sneaky Mom” techniques and ideas to teach children to set goals and achieve them in ways that make them think they are just playing. Kas Winters, The Mother of Famiy Ideas, is here on #WoMRadio January 7th at 10amPT/1pmET and anytime in archive with her first show of the new year on the first Wednesday of 2015!
Young children don’t usually set goals or even know what that means. They live one day at a time, and that’s a great thing for a child. Although goal setting is not something kids usually do, we can guide them to explore activities they might enjoy by asking questions. Is there something would you like to learn to do? What booksyou would like to read? If you were an inventor, what would create? Is there a place you would like to explore? Do you know how to . . . ? What happens if you . . . ? Of course questions are endless. Keep asking and let them ask questions too. Their questions will vary with their age, experiences, interests, and abilities.
Join us as Kas shares great ways to guide your children playfully into finding life-long interests on The Sneaky Mom Show the first Wednesday here on Word of Mom Rado.
Thanks to If Not You Who.org and My Healthy Concepts for sponsoring the show. Meet them and off our our sponsors in our Mompreneur Marketplace.

Kas Winters, The Sneaky Mom, shares simple ways to create a feeling of thanks on November 5th at 1pmEST here on Word of Mom Radio.

Winters can be long and hard, but after the winter spring always arrives. Right now we find ourselves locked in a battle. We are struggling to keep ourselves warm as the cold winds of fear, hatred and intolerance continually buffet us. We have been conditioned to accept them. We have been socialized to accept them and to reach out for others for help, or to join in on the hatred and fear. The only way to stop this is by remembering who we are and drawing together as a fearless community based on the strength and power of love, instead of a Spirit of Fear. Join us this week as we discuss the new human being, our new world, and the power that we have as creative beings to walk in love.
Our Host: Svetlana Kim, Speaker, Author of White Pearl and I: A Memoir of a Political Refugee, a columnist for ALIST magazine and PERREAULT Global Digital magazine; Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt), EFT, Consultant, and Community Advocate. www.svetlanakim.com
