Nicole's Guest: Sydney Cresci
Sydney Cresci is founder of Make a Change Personal Discovery Journeys, establishing her business in 2006 and based from northern California.
Sydney Cresci's vision to design empowering, life-changing journeys at sea was destined in part, based on her travel experiences starting from an early age in Europe. "She found the exotic waters of the world and yacht travel to be exhilarating, if not inspirational to most of her clients. As she recounts, "Travel can expand your personal universe. You become more open and accessible to new ideas." Cresci observes her clients making quantum leaps, opening to more positive change at sea as the senses become calmer yet more acute. As she concludes, "It was time I followed my dream and created the perfect mix of luxury yachting and transformation teachings."

Every weekend a bunch of runners are running a distance for the first time. Many of them wonder if they have done the right training? They share other common concerns as well.
The first time you run an event you may experience a range of challenges. Often this will include a series of questions and doubts.
The more people we coach, mentor and talk to about running the more we see a very common pattern of concerns. Whether the distance is 5k, 10k, 21k, 42k, 100k or 160k it seems the same questions resurface.
In this episode of The Partnerunning Show we share our experience preparing for our first 100 mile / 160 km event and reflect on the pattern of questions and concerns as shared with us by so many runners.
Also on the show we play snippet from our feature episode with Tara Martin from Runners Kitchen talking about Amazeballs and energy for runners.
