This thursday night I am pleased to interview Guitar Shredder, Xander Demos on the Show. My Senoir Music Editor, Jeff Tolwinski has come up with a great idea for this weeks show. Instead of a CD review we will each pick what we conisder the most influentioal, groundbreaking Metal Album of the 80's. The specific albums wont be known until Jeff's segment. We will debate the issue and would love for all of you to join in on the conversation.
Well unfortunately with the World Seies over and Met fans disappointed with the outcome, I asked Roy Jones to come to breakdown the series and start our look at what the Mets may look like next year.
Finally, The Raiders big win this past week over the Jets has our Raider correspondent jumping for joy. Fresh off his vacation Dom Guinta is too pumped to get on the air and shout about how good his team is.
Tune in this Thursday night @ 6:30 pm est to blogtalkradio.com to hear all of this and more.
Keep on Rockin!!!

PROGRAM TIME: 8AM-10AM EDT
ORDER OF THE DAY: Thank a veteran for his/her service.
Another, and a little bit more focused, debate is now history. What did we learn about the candidates? What did we learn about their knowledge on policy: national defense, immigration, economy? Who were the winners and losers? Who will survive to fight another day?
Following the debate discussions, Frank V. Vernuccio, Jr., J.D., the editor-in-chief of the New York Analysis of Policy & Government, will be joing us to discuss the myths we are being fed by the Democrats (claims that they are a middle-class centered party) and by the Republican Party (claims it has continued to effectively oppose Mr. Obama’s policies).

I am what I like to think of as a "tasty shredder". I like to mix up scary licks with intense melodies and I am a sucker for a great hook. I am endorsed by Suhr Guitars, McNaught Guitars, V-Picks, EMG Pickups, GraphTech, Jim Dunlop, Hughes and Kettner, Scott Dixon Cases and recently I have been added to the Bogner family as well. I play in two bands and just released an EP called "Road To Guitarcadia". My full-length CD simply called "Guitarcadia" will be out sometime in 2012.
Fist Of Rage:
Compared to bands such as Three Days Grace, Alice in Chains, and Black Label Society, Fist of Rage was founded by guitarist/songwriter Vernon "V" Hicks and bass player, Bryan "Pudge" Daniel. Quickly becoming a local favorite, they released their first album entitled "Womb of Hypocracy" in 2008. By 2011, Fist of Rage became a driving force in the regional music scene and released their sophmore album entitled "Fear". Shortly after its release the voice of Fist of Rage took a change with a new lead vocalist, Andy Chapman. His vocals added a gritty but soulful element to the powerful riffs of Fist of Rage. This propelled F.O.R. on to headlining spots in the regional music scene including one of the biggest outdoor music festivals, ROCKLAHOMA.
